BAPTISM IS THE KEY INTO GOD'S KINGDOM

First lesson: John 1: 33 34 "And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptized with the Ho/y Ghost. And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.” Second lesson: John 3 : 5 "Jesus answered, verily, verily, I say unto thee. Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." Golden text: Galatians: 3:27-28 "For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.” Introductory choruses: 1. " I and my Father are one". 2. "We are one, one in the Lord". 4.1 Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is everlasting Beloved, both the texts and the choruses above, provide a summary to the gospel. Brotherhood, as you might have heard about, has no beginning or an end. No one had actually desired for it, but before the foundation of the world, it had long existed. Brotherhood is that biblical phrase, 'I am that I am.' but the only approved condition for entry into this kingdom is that, you must be born again. Right from the beginning, Jehovah God and His Christ had existed. There was never a time He forgot the only key to the gate of His kingdom which is baptism. This explains the statement of John as recorded at John 1:33 - 34. It is said that, you should ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you shall find it and knock, it shall be opened to you. Within the period Christ lived on earth, He was not recognised until He got baptised. Right from His infancy to the youthful age of twenty-nine, He was never recognised by the world, even though the Prophets had long prophesied about His birth. The woman of Samaria did not know that our Lord Jesus Christ was on earth. This explains the reason why she told Him that she was aware of the fact that, the Messiah called Christ would come and when He arrived, He would teach them all things. See John 4:25. With that confession, you would realise that our Lord Jesus Christ had lived on earth long before He was known by people. He lived here on earth and carried out His ministry, moving about from place to place but none knew Him. Would you argue that the Samaritan woman knew that the person speaking to her was the Christ, the Messiah? Even though, the news of the coming Messiah was told everywhere, it was written in the scripture that, Elijah would precede the Messiah. See Malachi 4:5. Fortunately or unfortunately for the people of that generation, Elijah was taken up into heaven. However, they were convinced that since it was written that Elijah would first arrive before the Messiah, to them, Elijah would crashland from the sky. 4.2 The Christ has come again but is not recognised yet And so, they expected that Christ would come soon after the coming of Elijah. But the long awaited Elijah in their own concept, did not come up till this day. Little did they know that Elijah came as John the baptist. Can you now realise the foolishness of the world? The present speculation held by many is that, on the 28th of October, 1992, our Lord Jesus Christ would come down from the sky. This similar incident occurred at Korea, and the people went wild with the news of the coming of the Lord. Many whites bought their tickets and queued up at different airports to be flown to Korea to meet with the Lord. If you want to be a fool, then you will be fooled. It is written: "And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie. That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had the pleasure in unrighteousness.” (2 Thess. 2:11-12} . One reverend gentleman, a Chinese by birth named Moon, said that, Christ directed him to unite all the churches in the world into one fold. As a step towards this objective, Reverend Moon named his church, the 'Unification Church'. Now you should think deeply about what the scripture says: "For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor. Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are one in Christ Jesus." (Galatians 3:27-28). 4.3 We are one Which of these measures would unite the whole world; is it the step taken by Rev. Moon or what is written in the scripture? Those of you in this fold who claim to be Christ's Servants, Christ's Students. Elders, Pastors, Deaconesses, Choristers, among others, have you taken note of the above quotation? I will not fail to reveal the truth to you at all times because, spiritually, you are ignorant of what is going on in this kingdom. Sometimes, you hear some members talk about, top Brotherhood Executives or top personalities in the fold. I wonder where you derive such titles from. There is no place for such titles in this kingdom. The gospel has dearly told us that Christ is all things and that we are all one. Therefore, there is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free and there is neither male nor female, for we are one in the Lord. It is for this reason that we should sing songs of praises and be joyful to God because, we have been saved. It is said that, a wise man sees danger afar off and takes precaution, but a foolish man waits until he is overtaken by the danger. Those who claim to be Christians go about with a portrait purported to be that of Christ. Now let me ask you, are you sure that the picture is really that of our Lord Jesus Christ? I want you to realise that, the purported picture of Christ in circulation is the handiwork of impostors whose intention is to deceive people by creating an imaginary image in their minds. Imagine John the Baptist who was ordained as a fore-runner of our Lord Jesus Christ could not know Christ in the flesh. Whenever God sends one on an errand, He goes before and accomplishes the task. He knows quite well that we cannot achieve anything on our own volition. John was a cousin to our Lord Jesus Christ, but John himself testified: "And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, upon whom thou shaft see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptized with the Holy Ghost. And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God. "(John 1:33-34). Our Lord Jesus Christ was revealed to John through the process of baptism. Whoever comes into this fold should know that the paramount thing is baptism, for as many as are baptised have put on the image of Christ. Therefore, there is no more division for we all are one in Christ. In the previous generation, apart from the disciples of Jesus Christ there was no single Israelite who believed that our Lord Jesus Christ was the promised Messiah. Nothing could convince them about the presence of the Messiah in their midst because they were strongly convinced that Elijah would first come before the Messiah. 4.4 The false hope of Christians Therefore, in as much as Elijah did not arrive, the promised Messiah was yet to come. This is exactly what has taken place in this generation. The Christians are anxiously waiting and expecting Christ to crash-land from the skies. Any other concept apart from what they were told is to them void. You claim that the people of the previous generation were fools, for waiting for the coming of Elijah before the Messiah, but today, are you not worst off and more ignorant of truth? The foolishness of the world has been clearly exposed through the scriptures. It is said that, the taste of the pudding is in the eating. If food is cooked, without eating, how would you know how palatable the food is? Our Lord Jesus Christ assured that, it was expedient for Him to leave in order to make way for the coming of the Comforter. He also said: 4.5 This is the crux of the matter "Except a man be born of water and of the spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." (John 3:5}. What is the first commandment in this kingdom? It is obedience. Why is it that church denomination all over the world cannot fulfill this injunction of Christ as recorded in the text above? They continue to hold seminars and lectures from time to time. Of what importance are seminars and lectures when they have not yet been born of water and of the Spirit? Many others go to the top of the hills to establish churches. Others build theirs under the ground, yet some go to the extent of literally building theirs inside river. Such things are irrelevant and useless. The only key is baptism as it is recorded in John 3:5. Without first getting baptised, how can you evangelise others? Instead you would rather scatter the flock of God. Christ is the only one that baptizes and evangelizes those He calls. The people of the world believe that the Holy Spirit ended on the day of Pentecost. But today, the truth has been brought to light. Even juju doctors are aware of the fact that once somebody is baptised in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star and immediately he comes out of the water, his sickness and problems are over. Without baptism, you cannot enter into God's kingdom, and you are not one with Christ. Can you now realise the wisdom that has eluded both the wise and prudent of the world? Whenever you come into Brotherhood , do not claim to be wise rather, follow Christ sheepishly else, you will grope in the darkness and will go empty-handed. If you critically examine the teachings of Christ, you will discover that, after His resurrection, He boldly declared Himself as the embodiment of all power both in heaven and on earth. Go out and tell the people of the world to refrain from stealing, telling of lies, fighting, quarreling, snuffing, preparation of concoction, smoking, fornication, adultery and all other vices. They should be advised to get baptised in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Ghost. With that, their problems will be over; You are not expected to go and tell them about the meaning of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. This could be likened to putting a mirror before a blind man. Of what usefulness is the mirror to him? If you make such an attempt, you have exposed yourself as a fool. When a child cries and points to a particular direction, it is either the mother or father is there. This explains the reason why John said: "And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, upon whom thou shalt see the spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptized with the Ho/y Ghost. And saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God. “John 1: 33-34}. 4.6 The water is Christ The water in this context symbolises Christ. Christ Himself said: "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the word. Amen.” (Matthew 28: 19-20) This also goes to confirm what He said in another portion of the scripture: "Go ye all into the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned” (Mark 16:15-16) Whoever is not baptised cannot hear the word of God and cannot know His left from right. Such a person is also devoid of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, do not argue with a "blind" man who is without the Holy Spirit, because the truth is laid bare now for mankind. Always remember the injunction of Our Lord Jesus Christ which He said that, we should call no one teacher, for we have only one Teacher and we all are brethren. It is imperative that, we always abide by the above injunction because, Christ is the only Teacher, while we are all brethren. We should also help in the fulfillment of the words of Our Lord Jesus Christ as recorded at John 10:16. No human being can teach another because man is a novice. Also, no man can lead another because he is blind. If he tries, they both will fall into a pit and perish. 4.7 Baptism is of paramount importance I had earlier told you that, baptism makes one pure. Moreover, baptism is the only measure through which one can be saved. Therefore, for one to be saved, he has to accept baptism and repent of his sin. Baptism is in fact. the key to one's admission into this kingdom. Deaconess Effiong once brought a white woman who was a member of the Hare Krishna movement. This woman decided to visit the Father after reading one of our publications, 'My mission'. At the vestry, this woman demanded to know very many things from the Father but I told her that, she cannot understand any of the things which she demanded to know because she was still "blind"; having not been baptised. I further explained to her that, explaining the scripture for her could be likened to giving a blind man a mirror to use, which of course would be useless because he (the blind) cannot behold his image .due to his blindness. Now, the owner of the vineyard is here on earth. He is the doer and accomplisher of alt things. Therefore, we all are His flock or followers. He is the only one to be emulated. Why then have you not kept to His injunctions? At Matthew 28:18-20. Our Lord Jesus Christ said: "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Sequel to the Biblical excerpt above, do not bother anyone in long preaching instead, direct such a person on the need for baptism. 4.8 God now teaches mankind The paramount teaching which all Brotherhood of the Cross and Star members should impart to all set of people is recorded in John 3:3. By being born again, all is well, because anyone who is born again is sinless. Brotherhood of the Cross and Star members should also make all and sundry to know the adverse effect of not being born again - the kingdom of God will elude them. We should also teach people that, the only Teacher is here on earth; and that, for them to see and communicate with Him, they need to purge themselves from all sins and be born again. At John 6:45, it said: "and they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father cometh unto me. " Based on the above excerpt, it does not mean that, you are the one to teach others, rather, it is God alone that can teach man. This explains the reason why I always tell you that, your only assignment in this kingdom is to instruct people to forsake sins and accept baptism. Once a person is baptised, he is made pure; as such, he is worthy to be joined together with Christ and such a person could only be taught by Him and he can then know the right things to embrace and the wrong things to shun. In this kingdom, you do not have any other thing to do than to bear witness to the glory of God. He is the Teacher, Preacher. Singer, and the Doer of all things in heaven and on earth. We are enjoined that, we should know ourselves so that, we might know all things. But the question is, how would one know himself if he is not born again? One of our sisters from Ogoibam did not know that she could be used by God to carry out various works when she was in the Presbyterian Church. However, she accepted baptism into Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, she became a new born woman. Before baptism, she was always taking ill but immediately after her baptism, she automatically became a wonderful woman, capable of healing all forms of infirmities. There is neither segregation nor class distinction in this kingdom: Therefore, it is erroneous for one to say that, he is not a Christ's servant or student. We all are one. With Christ at the head as our only Teacher, every position in the kingdom is handled by Him. Therefore, it is imperative that, we refrain from seeking for any position in the kingdom. The children of God abound all over the world. But so long as they do not accept baptism, they cannot be identified. Therefore, I am sure that you are now aware of the significance of baptism into this kingdom. Any child of God, who is baptised is always filled with the Holy Spirit of God. This is the only thing that identifies him as a child of God. This is the essence of baptism. When Brotherhood of the Cross and Star sought to be issued with a certificate of incorporation in Liberia, a certain lawyer was consulted to make the task accomplished. This lawyer however, refused to issue Brotherhood of the Cross and Star with this certificate. But surprisingly, a son to the said lawyer became mad. a day after his father's refusal to grant Brotherhood of the Cross and Star's request. The boy was taken to numerous places for help but to no avail. But immediately he was brought to Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, he was cured. After being cured, his father (the lawyer) watched Brotherhood of the Cross and Star carefully and closely, and later accepted to be baptised into the fold. After his baptism^ the Father appeared to him spiritually and directed him to incorporate Brotherhood of the Cross and Star in Liberia. And it was not up to three days after this when he incorporated Brotherhood of the Cross and Star in the country. Have you again seen the significance of baptism? This is the more reason why I am enjoining you to refrain from long preaching but instead, educate people on the need for baptism. Baptism, mind you, sets one on the right course of life and makes him a new person in Christ. 4.9 Baptism is man's source of salvation It would be an act of foolishness for one to embark on long preaching to an unbaptised member because, such a person would not know the worth of the words of God. Such a person might even turn to be against you. The unbaptised people could be likened to swine and dogs which do not deserve, appreciate or embrace pearls (the word of God). Anyone who is yet to be baptised has not repented, as such, it is very difficult for such a person to be convinced that fornication is a sin. In fact, such a person does not know what sin is. One who is yet to be baptised finds it very interesting to talk about evil. However, any person who is baptised is always scared about sins and feels bad whenever he errs. He is thus, ready to repent whenever he is intimated about his short comings. He views the words of God as the source of life. Therefore, one could infer that, man's source of salvation is baptism. One of our brethren once testified that, a group of Jehovah's witnesses argued with him that, the Holy Spirit is not in "existence. And for this brother to convince them that the Holy Spirit is now on earth, he told them to get baptised, and they accepted the option. At the appointed date, they confessed their sins and were eventually baptised. Immediately after the baptism, the Holy Spirit manifested on them and they spoke in tongues. When they discovered the presence of the Holy Spirit on earth, they were dumfounded. That was another instance to illustrate to you the significance of baptism. Baptism satisfies every curiosity. The Hare Krishna woman who was earlier referred to, got all her questions answered immediately after baptism. Every secret about this kingdom was laid bare before her and she thus forsook all sins and embraced the words of God. So, it is high time you knew that the key to salvation in this kingdom is baptism. Whenever you are asked to tell the secrets about Brotherhood of the Cross and Star and the Holy Father, do not bother yourself to talk much; instead, tell the person to accept baptism so that he might be made to see and know the secrets in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. Read the first lesson again. First lesson: John 1:33 34 "And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptized with the Ho/y Ghost. And I saw, and bear record that this is the Son of God.” 4.10 Christ alone baptizes with the Holy Spirit It is our Lord Jesuit Christ alone who baptises with the Holy Ghost. Therefore, those who claim that baptism would cease at a certain time are dafts and fools. Now, the question is, if baptism ceases, what then would continue? No matter one's educational attainment or membership in secret societies, he should know that none of these things can help him. None of these things is capable of fetching mankind salvation except he accepts baptism and believes in God at all times. Right from the day one is baptised, he is bound to be enlightened on everything. Once one is baptised, Christ will indwell him. In fact, it is through baptism that one could be joined with God. In other churches, members are being led by human beings. But here in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, we are being led by the Holy Spirit of truth (God Himself). That is the reason why it is incumbent on us to possess love, peace, mercy and all other virtues. The Holy Spirit who is in this kingdom is capable of teaching us correctly. He alone is the one who does all things here. Therefore, you have nothing else to do than to glorify God and also bear witness about His glory. You are also enjoined to abide by all His injunctions. Therefore, for you to be worthy to dwell with the Holy Spirit, you need to purge yourself of all sins and abide by the instructions of God. Anyone who wants to behold the Holy Spirit has to forsake all sins and accept baptism. That is when Christ would reveal Himself to such a person and he would thus behold the glory of God manifesting in him. This is so because He has also come to change all and sundry in every nook and cranny of the world for Himself. With this, segregation amongst different groups of people in the world will cease. Our Lord Jesus Christ is our Healer and Teacher. He is in you and you too, in Him. Therefore, every evil has been rendered useless since He is in you and you in Him. You have nothing to fear for, He is the one doing every work through you. When you insist on preaching to people, you should know that you may end up scaring them and sending them out of this kingdom. Rather than doing this, show them the need for baptism and the truth will be exposed to them at last. We are told that, the spirit is one, but the gift of God is diversified. Of a truth, we all are one with Christ as the Head. No matter the gifts which we are blessed with, they are all from God. Therefore, do not trouble yourself about the gift at your disposal. 4.11 We are not under law Our Lord Jesus Christ is the Chairman, Secretary, Choirmaster and indeed everything. He is all and all. Everything is done by Him. You make false claims by saying that you are the doer of one thing or the other. What you should know is that, no one can do anything without the Holy Spirit. He is the doer and the sole accomplisher of all tasks because He has all the potentials needed for the accomplishment of any task. And so, without Him nothing can be done. The whole Brotherhood of the Cross and Star world is epitomized in one Being and He is the embodiment of all talents. And since He is a reservoir of talents, He thus endows us with different talents to specialize in different fields. We are all component parts of the Being. This means that we do not exist without Him. This sums up the fact that the component parts are grouped together to become one. We should use our different talents to work for the overall interest of all of us. This is done to the glory of God; and peace and oneness amongst the children of God will continue. There is no law in this kingdom and we are, by no means, under any law. This kingdom is devoid of division, discrimination, rancour, violence, falsehood, and every manner of sin. We are strictly under the perfect control of the Holy Spirit, We seek for the directive and guidance of the Holy Spirit in all our undertakings, Therefore, listening and abiding by the promptings of the Holy Spirit in this kingdom is inevitable. We are under grace not law. At the same time, we must subject ourselves to the complete control of the Holy Spirit, without which we are bound to perish. God has given us His different talents and gifts but the spirit is the same. He gives us these different talents to enhance His eternal glory, and this has expression in 1 Corinthians 12:4-15. You should know that God is the giver of all talents and a motivator for the use of the talents. And so, you have no cause to be arrogant about your gift, because God gives you the talent for a purpose. After all, if the flesh dies, its lust too is dead but the only thing in existence is the Holy Spirit. Read our second lesson below: Second lesson: John 3: 5 "Jesus answered, verily, verily, I say unto thee. Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." 4.12 Christ's supremacy The flesh has since died and was buried; the only thing in , existence is the Holy Spirit and He is the sole accomplisher of all tasks. With the absence of the flesh, Christ has taken dominion over us for His glory. He now controls and dwells comfortably in us. The Supremacy of our Lord Jesus Christ on us is unchallenged and that is why we do not have problems. Do not teach people any thing on your own volition, rather, give the Holy Spirit a chance to teach. He is the only Teacher, The Supernatural Teacher. A lot of you go out deceiving people in the name of preaching. Do not concentrate your preaching in a particular area. You should know that once a person is baptized, the Holy Spirit takes control of the person immediately. 4.13 A hint to salvation I have told you not to argue the scripture with anybody. Whenever you are asked what to do to be saved, inform the person to accept baptism and then the Holy Spirit will be bestowed on the person. The only short cut to the solution of your problems and a way out to salvation is to repent from sinful acts and after confession, you get baptised. If you repent from your sins and accept baptism then believe in our Lord Jesus Christ, without recourse to your religious affiliation, your salvation is certain. Anyone can have salvation if he practises the word of God diligently as taught by Christ and in this kingdom. This gospel is indeed a divine revelation; in fact. a hint to Salvation. The water and spirit referred to in the scripture is nothing but the word of God. If you receive and accept the word of God and practise it, you can enter the kingdom of God. You must, of necessity, repent of your sins and accept baptism so that the Holy Spirit may dwell in you. If you can practise the word of God, then you are in a better position to spread same to others. And truly speaking, with the Holy Spirit richly dwelling in you, He will guide and direct your words, thought and deeds. When you have the Holy Spirit indwelling you, then you will not bother yourself with prolonged preaching before the person accepts baptism instantly. And you would realize that, as soon as he is baptised, the Holy Spirit will also indwell him and take full control of him for good. Salvation depends on one believing the word of God and accepting baptism; and condemnation also depends on despising and rejecting same, for it is nominated in the scriptures thus. "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believeth; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." (Mark 16:16-18). If these signs have not followed you as stated in the reference above, it then means that you do not believe in the word of God and do not accept baptism. This is exactly what I told the people of Itam in Akwa Ibom State that their salvation lies in believing and receiving the word of God. The efficacy of this statement cannot be" overemphasized. This is exactly what I charge you to tell people that whosoever believes you and does what he is told would have salvation. But all those who neglect the word of God are condemned. The secret of this kingdom is the existence of God and His Christ in this kingdom. If you despise Him by refusing to repent and accept baptism, it means you will be condemned which of course means, you are not worthy of Him. Except He dwells in you and you in Him, you cannot achieve anything. But if He indwells you and you too in Him, you have no problem at all. Brother Amadi's mission in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star was to carry out research into the secrets of this kingdom. He was to report the result of his findings to Dr. Turner from London who recommended him (Amadi) to come and carry out the research. But contrary to his expectation, he became engrossed in the truth. What is more, Amadi having discovered the truth, he never went back to give the report of his findings to Turner. He came, saw and discovered the truth and imbibed it. There is no point wasting one's time and energy to argue about Brotherhood with anybody. In sum, anyone who wants to know about Brotherhood of the Cross and Star should repent and accept baptism so that, all other things which he or she needs to know will be revealed to him or her by the Holy Spirit. To give vision and dream, sing, dance, read Bible, offer prayers, among other things, are good things to do for God. But if one desires to know about Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, he should repent from sinful acts and accept baptism, and the Father will indwell such a person and he will know virtually everything. It is only then that one will have a perfect knowledge of this fold. I did not decree that flowers should be placed in the altar and shoes should not be put on inside the bethels and other things obtainable in this kingdom. The ceremonies as observed in this kingdom do not originate from me. They are revelations. My work is to tell you to repent from all manners of sin and accept baptism. And your salvation is contingent upon this. Let me use this opportunity to disclose to you that once you repent of your sins and accept baptism, you have put on Christ and all your problems are solved, in addition to salvation. Recently, Dr. Mbong of the University of Calabar has written a book. He has done much work on many aspects of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. It is about three hundred and fifty pages. It should better be said that the write-up is based on a very serious research work done on Brotherhood. It has so much to tell the world about Brotherhood. Right now, copies of the book have been distributed to the Universities of the world. I would like everyone to read the book in order to confirm my assertion. 4.14 Other spiritual gifts useful Your wisdom, intelligence and prowess are completely put to naught in this kingdom. You have to walk in accordance with the dictate of the Holy Spirit, I had earlier told you that wherever you want to go on ministry work, you should be accompanied by visioners, healers, preachers and choristers. The reason for this is that, I know what the people of the world like. After preaching, they would want to know something about their future and this is what the visioner would do. They want to hear the message the spirit has for them. And except you tell them something and indeed the truth, they will not believe your preachment. Apart from vision, prayers and healing, what else will convince a worldly person that you are a true missionary of God? Do not be surprised to hear people ask at the end of your preachings: "what have you seen for me? What message has the Father sent through you to me?" If Indeed you have nothing to offer in this regard, they will all desert you. When I first told the Crusaders this, they argued that they have no need for visioners in their company. God gives various talents to His children for a purpose. He did not do this for fun. Rather, He has a divine purpose for them. And so if you act as a barrier to these talents being put to use, you are fighting against God. Everybody now needs visions. When you tell them the secret things of their life, they will succumb and listen to you. This is the opportunity for you to tell them about repentance and consequent acceptance of baptism so that the Holy Spirit may indwell them and solve their problems. The truth is that if you go on ministry work without a healer or visioner, you will not achieve much. Faith is indeed a very strong weapon, Truth, patience, vision, preaching the word of God. prayer, songs, testimonies etc are all weapons. There are different duties assigned to each weapon, geared towards the achievement of the overall objective of giving due glory to God. Visions and testimonies are very powerful weapons that are capable of changing a difficult man to accept baptism. The last and most valued stage of winning a soul to God is baptism. 4.15 The master key Recall that Daniel was exalted above other prophets of his time as a result of the interpretation which he gave to King Nebuchadnezzar's dream. But today, you despise vision. The question is, which other weapon would you use to win souls to God? Note that King Nebuchadnezzar bowed, proclaimed and worshipped the God which Daniel worshipped as the true God. This gospel is the master key of the kingdom of God. Without practising this teaching, you have no access to the kingdom of God. Salvation, peace, power and the true knowledge of God is brought to man through this everlasting gospel. Baptism is the most effective and clear way to get to God and have Him indwelling you. Be it known to you that whosoever had received baptism in this kingdom but later backslides professing himself no more a Brotherhood of the Cross and Star member is deceiving himself. Once you have been baptized into this kingdom, you remain a Brotherhood of the Cross and Star for ever. 4.16 Brotherhood of the Cross and Star member is eternal To think that a member of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is dead is not correct. A Brotherhood of the Cross and Star member cannot die because Christ does not die. He is everlasting. Right from the day you received baptism, you have put on Christ as a garment. So long as Christ does not die and will never die, you too must live forever. And so one's claim of having backslided from Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is a farce. Where else can you comfortably fit into, apart from here? No matter the educational attainment, extent of wealth and influence, you cannot fit well into another system other than this kingdom. The sight of your brother/sister (a Brotherhood of the Cross and Star member) thrills you most and this gives you joy, peace and outright satisfaction. There is unlimited joy and peace and indeed immeasurable love here in the fold. This is so because, we are one. God is a Universal God and the architect and originator of oneness. No matter where you are in the world, not withstanding the plane of manifest you choose to go on missionary work, the truth remains that, you are a Brotherhood of the Cross and Star; provided you have been baptized into the fold. It does not cost you anything to become a Brotherhood of the Cross and Star member provided you accept baptism. This accounts for the reason why baptism is most valued in this kingdom. Most people claim too big and as such, have no regards for visioners. The fact is such people are doing more harm to themselves than good. Others, because they erect a bethel, use that privilege to ban visioners from entering their bethels. In some cases, even if the visioners are allowed to worship therein, they are warned not to give visions. This is not supposed to be the case. Once you ban visioners from operating in your bethels, you are invariably destroying the bethel. And I bet you, it will not be long the bethel will be deserted by all. If you are a pastor, preacher, Christ's servant or student, you should allow other people with different gifts to display their talents. The visioners, dreamers, etc must be allowed to perform. All these combine to give glory to' God. The pastors, Crusaders, to mention but a few, have realized their nakedness. Many people would always hinder others who are blessed with the gifts which they are not talented with, from using same. I want people to discontinue with this unhealthy practice and allow others to use their talent to God's glory. Do not bother me or request that I should do your wish. I have defined my operational technique. Any unbaptised member who wishes to visit me should be asked to get baptised and his problems will be solved. One of the prominent chiefs from Esene in Akwa Ibom State came to see the Father. He told me he was looking for power. I then told him to go and receive baptism which he dodged. This was because he was an Amorc member. When eventually he came back, I told him that he was deceiving himself if he did not get baptised and made it known that his request would be a mirage without baptism. I then referred him to read Mark 16:16. After reading the text, he then accepted baptism. Everything is richly embeded in baptism. The power and protection you desire for, are gotten from baptism. 4.17 Baptism by full immersion in water Not long ago, one of the presidential aspirants visited the Father. I spoke to him about baptism, but he would not say a word to that effect. When he returned home, he fetched a basin of water and bathed himself, in the name of baptism. After sometime, he came back to testify before the Father, claiming to have been baptised. In this case, who is fooling who? And he-later realised that he had hot been baptised. Our acceptable method of baptism is only by full immersion in water. If you do not pass through this form of baptism, note, you are yet to receive baptism. Except you receive baptism, you cannot be said to be one with God. And of course, you are not. But the moment you receive baptism, you are one with God. And in that case. He will assume full control of you and will accomplish all tasks for you. Whatever people may do to you, it is done to the Father whom you are one of His component parts. You are no more yourself but Him. Once you have been baptised, there is no death for you. No matter where you decide to go to, you remain one with God. Think of the Ethiopian Eunuch whom Philip baptised. After the baptism, he went his way, while Philip continued his work. Yet the Ethiopian Eunuch did not miss God's blessing. But the reverse is the case with you. When you baptise somebody you want him to always be in your bethel so that you may see him every day. Your duty is to baptise and allow the person's control to the Holy Spirit. Baptism makes for salvation. All you need do is believe and accept baptism and you will be saved. And you do not have to set standard for people to follow as a way of assuring them salvation. If you do this to people, the question is. have you met the standard you have set for others? Read our golden text once again. Golden text: Galatians 3:27-28 "For as many of you as have been baptised into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. “ 4.18 Baptism is the gateway Anyone who rejects baptism, has equally rejected Christ. Therefore, there is no other way in which such a person can relate to God. On the other hand, anyone who embraces or accepts baptism has equally accepted Our Lord Jesus Christ. And in fact, he has put on Christ as a garment. And such a person (one who accepts baptism), is justified and saved. When you hear people saying that the power in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star has no rival, do not be astonished, for it is the Father Himself who is doing all things here in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. Whom do you think would have had the type of power existing here in the world apart from God? But I want you to note that, the power existing in this kingdom is as a result of baptism. That was why, when Peter narrated to the people of the past about the handworks of God through our Lord Jesus Christ, the said people asked him of what was left for them to do so as to do similar things. He replied that they all should confess their sins committed before, be convinced henceforth that they are always with the Father. Being with the Father always therefore, you have no cause to regret or lament. I want you to realise that once you are baptised, you have become one with the Father, and being one with the Father, all is well with you. Go into the world and alert people about the good works done by the Father now on earth. Do not fail to be plain to them that, the Father charges no fee for the services He renders to people. Also alert people that it is expedient for them to be righteous. For one to be righteous, he must have gone through baptism and forsaken sin. It should be noted that if one confesses his sin and accepts baptism, he is saved because baptism is regarded as judgement. But anyone who does not. believe and is not baptised is condemned. 4.19 The functions of baptism Baptism cleanses man from his sins, gets him closer to the Father, identifies him as a child of God, and above all, provides the Holy Spirit. As such, he is capable of healing all forms of sicknesses and he will be protected, guarded and guided in all his endeavours. In short, baptism justifies and salvages man. This is the reason why it is expedient that everyone should undergo this process. A stroke of the cane, it is said, is sufficient for the wise, may God bless His holy words. Amen. THANK YOU FATHER
