THE MYSTERY OF THE SEPARATION IN BROTHERHOOD OF THE CROSS AND STAR

In the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ In the Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ Now and forever more. Amen In year 2000, and year 2001, there was a physical separation of brethren in the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star into two paths It started in the year 2000 with the pronouncement of the Holy Father on Easter Monday. He declared that judgment has commenced within the fold of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star worldwide. The kingdom, Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is first judged and thereafter the whole world is judged. Certain events, soon after this pronouncement, started manifesting the judgment and resulted in the physical separation of the brethren into two paths with different beliefs on some of the key articles of faith taught and practised in the kingdom. These events are as a result of errors induced into the kingdom by Satan and the brethren so influenced have departed from the truth taught by the Holy Father Leader Olumba Olumba Obu, some of which constitute some of the pillars of faith in the kingdom. The events that have triggered the separation into the two groups are here in narrated so that the brethren misled by Satan into errors they have made may know the truth in these matters, correct themselves and return to the truth taught by the Holy Father.. It will also assist those people not yet called into the kingdom, to know the Holy Father’s teachings on these subjects and benefit from the truth. 2.1 The Secretary General/Head of Administration In October 2000, the Holy Father appointed the Queen Mother, Her holiness Ibum Olumba Obu, the Secretary General and Head of Administration in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star worldwide. In this kingdom, worldwide administration is done from the Leader's office at 34 Ambo Street, Calabar. This office comprises two sections. The first part is the Brotherhood Executive Council made up of six members. His holiness Roland Obu is the Presiding Chairman of the council, and Her holiness Ibum Olumba Obu is the Secretary. There are four bishops in the council. They are Bishop Asuquo Ekanem, Bishop Superintending Evangelism and Publication, Bishop Matthew Ejedawe, Assistant Secretary, Bishop Opalla William, Bishop superintending Investment and Finance, and Bishop C. Akpan, Bishop in-charge of Estates. This Council was appointed in 1986 by the Holy Father. The Council is responsible to make all administrative policies in the kingdom, and also oversee the administration of those policies. All policies made by the council must receive the Holy Father’s approval before implementation and all decisions must be consensus decision. No voting is allowed. In the year 2000 He added Bishop Obu Olumba Obu as Deputy Chairman and Deaconess Aja Obu as member. The Holy Father Himself is the eternal Head of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. He is the head of the Leader's office and the Council. The second section of the Leader's office is the Brotherhood International Secretariat. The Secretary General of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star Her holiness Ibum Olumba Obu is in-charge of this section and administers the day to day activities in the kingdom and implements the policies. The disagreement started when the Secretary General was also titled Head of Administration with that appointment in year 2000. His holiness Roland Obu refused to accept her as Head of Administration. He felt that the appointment made the Secretary General, now also head of administration, and to sign all Brotherhood of the Cross and Star official documents that the Holy Father would Himself have signed, superior to him the Chairman of the Brotherhood Executive Council and therefore made him subordinate to his sister, Her holiness Ibum Olumba Obu in administrative matters. The Holy Father’s directive is that Brotherhood Executive Council is responsible to make all administrative policies that are implemented by the Secretary General. Also Bishop Roland Obu is chairman of the Brotherhood Executive Council while the Secretary General is the Secretary of the Council. This means that he Bishop Roland Obu will always be aware of all that goes on in the administration because the Secretary General shall administer Brotherhood Executive Council decisions. He has refused to accept the Secretary General as Head of Administration. His supporters joined the resistance and tension arose. 2.2 The control of material wealth of the kingdom The Holy Father teaches that all material wealth: money, earthly position, wife, husband, children, houses, land, all material endowments are superintended in the spirit by the feminine and reach us through the feminine. All spiritual endowments: love, righteousness, peace, mercy, humility, spiritual power and all spiritual virtues and attributes are superintended in the spirit by the masculine and reach us that way. Males may be at the center of earthly accumulation and acquisition of riches presently, but they are governed in the spirit by feminine. The Holy Father at functions confirms this when He makes His own donation. He gives one envelope from the Mother to bless the members with the material wealth and gives another from the Father to bless the members with spiritual qualities of God. Thus, in this spiritual kingdom Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, the Holy Father first appointed His spouse, the Holy Mother Queen Elizabeth Obu and now appoints the first daughter, Her holiness Ibum Olumba Obu, to superintend all material wealth of the kingdom. His holiness Roland Obu, the first biological son, is to superintend the spiritual activities of the kingdom administration. He says that all things in this kingdom must be done as it is done in the spirit. This arrangement is rejected by His holiness Roland Obu and his supporters. In the traditional systems of the world, the first biological male child of the family controls the family property if the father is not there. So the followers of His holiness feel that he should be incharge of material wealth in the kingdom because he is the first male child biologically. The Holy Father says that both his holiness Roland Obu and His supporters are wrong. He in 2001 issued a formal power of attorney to Secretary General of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star Her holiness Ibum Olumba Obu to confirm the superintendency of the feminine over material things. This has led to tension in the administration. 2.3 The King of kings, Lord of lords In this kingdom the Holy Father preaches that the incarnation of God now on earth is the incarnation of God the Trinity in one Being, Leader Olumba Olumba Obu. He is the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in one united incarnation. Our Lord Jesus Christ is the King of kings and Lord of lords, a title reserved for Him in this His second advent. He is here on earth in the united Trinity, embodied and manifest in Leader Olumba Olumba Obu. Our songs confirm and repeat same theme in our hymn book. But some years ago a visioner said that God revealed to him that there are three separate human beings who are God in our midst. He said that Leader Olumba Olumba Obu is God the Father incarnate, His holiness Roland Obu is God the Son incarnate, and Her Holiness Ibum Olumba Obu is God the Holy Spirit. The Holy Father denounced the vision as Satanic vision. Despite the Holy Father's admonition against this vision, this false vision spread within the fold. Brethren later abandoned the belief in Her holiness as the Holy Spirit incarnate but many persisted in the belief that His holiness Roland Obu is God the son incarnate and Jesus Christ in his second advent. Between 1998 and the year 2000 the Holy Father on two occasions in His vestry at Calabar informed the members of Brotherhood Executive Council, in the presence of both His holiness Roland Obu and Her holiness Ibum Olumba Obu that there is only one King of kings and Lord of lords in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star eternally. The title is a divine title and meant only for our Lord Jesus Christ in the second advent for He is the first begotten of God. He told His holiness Roland Obu that he Roland Obu is not the King of kings or Lord of lords and that only He, Leader Olumba Olumba Obu, has these titles now on earth. It is not an earthly title for man. Occasionally, He, Leader Olumba Olumba Obu, can send out somebody on a specific assignment in the world and does authorize the person so sent to bear that title while on that assignment on His behalf. An example of this is when He sends His holiness Roland Obu once a year on the King of kings' movement to somewhere, and there to bless the world. On return from that assignment, he the person sent, reverts to his normal ministry and title, and not the King of kings or Lord of lords. He also confirmed that He the Holy Father is the Sole Spritual head of the universe eternally and no one else. I am, by the Holy Father grace, the Bishop incharge of evangelism in the kingdom. It became my responsibility to inform the world of this truth and let brethren know the truth. In December 2000, the Holy Father delivered an address through me at an open air service in Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria and for the first time openly rebuked that false vision which made three separate human beings as God, each human being as one person in the Trinity. The followers of His holiness Roland Obu have been unhappy about this development and revelation of this truth and still insist that His holiness Roland Obu is Jesus Christ incarnate, King of kings and Lord of lords. They erroneously associate him with the prophecy in Hebrews 1: 6 and claim he is the first begotten Son of God stated therein. They have introduced some strange doctrines and practices into the kingdom alien to the Holy Father's doctrines. They now pray in the name of Roland Obu, a practice that is against the teaching of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu. The Leader only authorized people to pray in the name of Jesus Christ and from Easter Monday 2000 to pray in the name of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu. He has not authorized anybody to pray in the name of Roland Obu. His followers mount his photographs on their altars in bethels forcibly seized from brethren in many places in the world and now openly worship him as their god. He is called and addressed as if he is Leader Olumba Olumba Obu. Such conduct confuse the uninformed people over the identity of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu and that of His holiness Roland Obu. Therefore, statements, actions and even teachings emanating from his holiness Roland Obu are mistaken for those of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu, and some of those actions and teachings are contrary to the authentic and known teachings and actions of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu. We know and the world knows that the teachings and actions of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu are of God and therefore holy and true always. This declaration of Bishop Roland Obu as God and Jesus Christ incarnate has led to tension. 2.4 The faithful relocate from 34 Ambo Street, Calabar to Uyo The above disagreements between the brethren who accept the teaching of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu on those matters stated above and all other teachings and insist that all brethren in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star must obey the Holy Father in all things and those brethren who support His holiness Roland Obu in his rejection of these teachings of the Father escalated to a level where the supporters of his holiness Roland Obu physically assaulted the believers and loyalists of the Holy Father and drove them in 2001 out of 34 Ambo Street, Calabar, Nigeria and proceeded to seize some bethels all over the world from brethren who refuse to worship and accept Roland Obu as Jesus Christ incarnate. The loyalists of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu have now set-up a new headquarters at Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria and started to gather all loyalists of the Holy Father worldwide into one fold and carry on with the teachings and the practice of the words of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu. The Bishops of the Council have tried to get His holiness Roland Obu to accept and abide by the Holy Father's teachings and directives especially on these main areas of disagreement. He has refused and his followers have proceeded with him to carry out even more contrary actions. 2.5 The earthly coronation As of now the supporters of His holiness Roland Obu have organized an earthly crown for him and claim that the Holy Father crowned him a successor. This is not true. A new king cannot reign in the same kingdom when another king is already on the throne and is alive and well. Leader Olumba Olumba Obu is alive, well and He has not handed over to anybody. Besides, the King of kings and the Lord of lords is the Spiritual Ruler over all creation. He does not sit on an earthly throne or wear an earthly crown. He wears a crown made of God's glory. All the earthly rulers are under him. Leader Olumba Olumba Obu does not sit on an earthly man made throne. His throne is the celestial and eternal summit of power and life. He does not wear an earthly man made crown. His crown is the glory of God fully manifest in Him. He truly is the King of kings, Lord of lords. All creation, man inclusive, see these qualities of God in Him and worship Him. The crowns written about in the Bible that the King of kings shall wear on His second advent on earth are godly virtues of power, love righteousness, justice, mercy, humility and all other virtues of God. He will have them in full and manifest them openly for all to see. All creation, mankind inclusive, will see these godly virtues and power in him, will accept his authority over them and will come to kneel, serve, and worship him. Even the children of God (the elect) will have at least one of these qualities especially love and righteousness. The followers of His holiness Roland Obu erroneously think that the crowns spoken about in the Bible are earthly man made crowns, so they proceeded to make one for him. But the first Son of God mentioned in Hebrews 1: 6 is our Lord Jesus Christ. Leader Olumba Olumba Obu says that He Leader Olumba Olumba Obu is the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ) and Holy Spirit incarnate in one unity and only Him and no one else. 2.6 The purported excommunication of some members His holiness has been made to publish names of members who are not willing to worship him as god and says that he has expelled them from Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. This is an error again. Leader Olumba Olumba Obu preaches that Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is a kingdom, the kingdom of God on earth. All members are citizens. All kingdoms or countries, each has its constitution that lays down rights and privileges and code of conduct in all facets of life for the citizens. A citizen of a country cannot be deprived of his citenzenship under any condition. Here in this kingdom, the teachings and words of the Holy Father Leader Olumba Olumba Obu constitute wholly and totally our constitution. It is very binding on all throughout all creation. The citizenship of a member is very central and serious matter. Every baptised member of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star has put on Christ and he becomes a citizen of this kingdom. It is forever and no one can deprive him of the citizenship. The Holy Father says in His gospel that even He Himself cannot strip any body of that citizenship or even suspend him under any condition. God is to guide, teach and judge every member. Thus Bishop Roland Obu has no power or authority to suspend or expel any member from Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. All these and several other resistance to the words and directives of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu by His holiness Roland Obu and his followers have led to tension between the devotees of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu and the followers of Roland Obu and finally to the separation between the two groups. We must know that this kingdom is the spiritual kingdom of God on earth and is solely operated and based on spiritual principles taught by Leader Olumba Olumba Obu, and not on earthly principles and traditions of men. Earthly principles and tradition of men have no parts to play in any thing in this kingdom. It is the introduction of earthly knowledge, earthly principles and traditions of men into Brotherhood of the Cross and Star by Satan using brethren deceived by him, that is responsible for all the erroneous steps and rejections of the Holy Father’s directives and teachings that have occurred in the kingdom. We pray to God our Father to illuminate the spirit of the followers and the brethren misled into errors by Satan so that they can understand, accept and abide by the teachings and directives of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu so that they may also benefit from His grace, His peace, and His transformation power. Since then, the kingdom, though one kingdom, has been separated into two groups. The first group believes in Leader Olumba Olumba Obu as the Trinity God incarnate in our midst, the Sole Spiritual Head of the Universe, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He is the Leader, the Head and Ruler of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star eternally on all planes of manifest. He has no deputy or assistant or successor. We are all His children called to receive his transformation power into righteousness and Christhood of God. This group gives all glory, honour and worship to Leader Olumba Olumba Obu only. God has gathered members of this group, though small in number and rallied them behind the Holy Queen Mother and the Brotherhood Executive Council and together they have kept the brethren faithful and loyal, devotedly to Leader Olumba Olumba Obu. The second group of brethren are now the followers of Bishop Roland Obu foremost in their belief. They worship him as divinity and god. They proclaim him Jesus Christ in the second coming and pray in his name. They mount his photograph in their altars and worship him. These events and open resistance against the Holy Father’s authority is something no person who believes in, and devotes himself faithfully to Leader Olumba Olumba Obu ever thought could happen in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. It had however been predicted and even the Holy Father hinted about it. 2. 7 Why has it happened? This event has origin in the spiritual. It is not a physical event. The physical events that have resulted in the separation into two groups are the agents to cause the separation physically. The separation had already occured in spirit on Easter Monday 2000 with the Holy Father pronouncement of judgment in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. It is time for the greatest assignment of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu to begin. He has come to transform man’s nature from sinfulness to righteousness and set up God's kingdom on earth. He has already completed the first part of His mission. This first part was to teach man and lead man to the accurate knowledge of truth. He taught this for forty years. All that man needs to know about himself, about his relationship with other creation, about God his Father, and about God's will for him has been taught by the Holy Father. It is now time to set up the kingdom of God on earth: Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. He had made it clear that the kingdom had not yet started. Everything we saw was just preparation for starting the kingdom. The kingdom was in square zero as He normally says. 2.8 Spiritual transformation of man necessary before the Kingdom starts God's kingdom is a kingdom of righteousness. The entire citizen will be elects of God, and christs of God. They must be the temple of divine love, so that righteousness shall abide in them and be practised by them always in their life. Man developed a sinful nature after Adam and Eve disobeyed God in the Garden of Eden. Man was cut off from direct communication with God. He therefore gradually lacked knowledge of truth and consequently and erroneously carried out thoughts, words, and actions that conflict with God’s will for him. ( became sinful) He has remained sinful till now. His sinful nature must be transformed into righteous nature if he must do the will of God. Not all the people are capable of being transformed by the power that is manifested now for they are not of His Spirit and not of Him. Only a small group can be beneficiaries of the intended spiritual transformation. So those capable of being transformed must be separated from those incapable of being transformed. Zechariah confirmed this in his vision of judgement, transformation and test. "And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall he cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, it is my people: and they shall say, the Lord is my God". Zechariah l3 : 8-9 The third part is the minority part and are the elect and faithful of God. They are those who have now been persecuted and pushed out of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star headquarters, Calabar by the majority group who are led by the Spirit of error. 2.9 Selection has started The Holy Father says that there are three types of people presently born in the world and some called into the kingdom. There are the children from above with celestial spirit (the elects), there are the children of this earth (with Adamic spirit), and there are those that will suffer perdition. God is selecting them out now accordingly such that those for transformation (the elects) and some children of this earth with Adamic Spirit shall be prepared by Him to inherit the kingdom of God now on earth.. So the kingdom is judged and purged of those who cannot benefit from the coming spiritual transformation by God into the required righteousness. The Holy Father emphasizes about these three groups of people on earth and in the kingdom. The first group of people are the elects of God. The elects are from Heaven. They are God’s spirits and are incarnate on earth now. Some have been called into the kingdom. All will eventually be called into the kingdom. They are on earth, part of God’s army on earth to wrestle and take this world from the control of Lucifer, the Devil. They are God’s angels, former prophets, saints, faithful believers, workers and followers of God of old, and are now on earth to receive their reward and glory and rule over all things with God now on earth in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. The second group are those with Adamic spirit. They are of this earth and are of the same spirit as that of Adam, man’s forefather. They come from God, but have been contaminated on earth by sin. God is here to unite His Holy Spirit with their human spirit, and transform them into permanent temples of righteousness and love. Together, with the elects of God, they shall inherit God’s kingdom on earth. The third group are of Satan the Spirit of Error and have the same spirit of rebellion and resistance against God’s will in them. They are incarnate on earth in large numbers in every community where man is found. Their mission from Satan is to provide stiff opposition to the success of God’s work to transform man from sinfulness to righteousness. They will lure the spiritually unwary man or woman of the first two groups above and lead them astray and make them refuse to accept God and God’s words into their life. They will, using whatever influence they have, perpetuate all manners of evil and cause the unwary people to forsake God. Many of them will be leaders and followers in the religions of this world. They are there in churches, secret societies, cult, and even in the government of this world. They are there already. It may not be easy to identify them as agent of Lucifer judging by the exalted positions they occupy in these places and organizations. They will lure people into materialism, carnality, Satanism, demon worship, greed, and godlessness. They will claim that they are serving God and doing God’s will. They will destroy the churches, religions, government, and economies of this world. Even the families will not be spared by their activities on earth. They will themselves be destroyed by God during judgement and judgement has started already. Judgement starts first in the churches and religions of this world. It has started in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. The religions are first judged then the governments and the economies are judged. Be aware of this. Satan is very active now on earth, and his agents, incarnate in human form are everywhere misleading mankind away from God. You must be spiritually vigilant and stay under God’s umbrella of protection to escape the evil times. Do not be deceived by the works of the agents of Lucifer whether they be in so called miracles and in other works of power or in the promise of earthly wealth and position, or their assumed democratic credentials. Put all your trust in God now incarnate on earth with man. He is here to teach, guide, protect and save man from the evil plans of the Devil and finally to transform man into righteousness so that man shall inherit God’s kingdom. The Holy Father has preached a gospel on transformation of man from sinful nature to righteousness nature. In it, He has warned that some people with Adamic spirit on earth now may not benefit from the transformation power that God has now showered on earth. Some brethren, even now in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star are already in rebellion and resistance to Leader Olumba Olumba Obu’s teaching and directives. If they continue in this resistance and rebellion to the Holy Father’s teachings, they may lose out on the transformation. They are many and they have chosen another god for themselves. They feel the Holy Father is tired or has not been in physical regular activities for sometime now so they need a new ruler and god. This has long been the act of disobedient and unstable people against God. The same and similar majority of the people made a god of golden calf and worshipped, when Moses was delayed on the mountain by God and was not there to perform his normal leadership role to the children of Israel on their way from Egypt to Canaan. "Saying unto Aaron, make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we know not what is become of him. And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. Acts 7:40-41, We must pray and be vigilant. 2.10 Love is the key to the spiritual transformation All those who must receive the spiritual transformation from the Holy Father must first be the temple of divine love. They must practise divine love in their life in all things and at all times. Love is not easy to practise. It involves carrying the cross and tribulation. These must be endured without lamenting. Our Lord Jesus Christ brought divine love to mankind but man has not been able to practise because of the cross and tribulation associated with the practice of divine love. 2.11 We need extra spiritual strength Man needs extra ability to bear the cross and tribulation that he will see in the practice of divine love. Our Lord Jesus Christ confirmed it. He said that everything He did was by the divine power given Him by God His Father. On His own He can do nothing. So man needs God's power to be able to practise divine love. Without the love and power of God we can do nothing: “Believest thou not I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I speak unto you, I speak not of myself, but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works”. (John 14: 10) This divine power is the attribute of God the Father. It comes from Him. Unless man receives power from God the Father, man cannot practise divine love, cannot be the temple of divine love and christ of God,cannot be transformed into righteousness, and cannot inherit the kingdom of God. God the Father is God of power and will. God the Son is God of love. Without the Father, man cannot have the Son in himself and cannot be a christ of God (anointed of God). We need this spiritual power and strength from the Father. 2.12 Spiritual transformation and eternal life Leader Olumba Olumba Obu teaches that man is incarnate on earth to be a temple for God. He should be in full communication with God that dwells in him. He should have full consciousness of God in him. This conscious communication with God is between God and the spirit in man for it is the spirit in man that is man. The physical body of man is a clothing that his spirit wears while on earth because earth is a school place for the spirit of man where he can gain experience, mature and grow into a perfect spiritual being. Unfortunately, man, because of his sinfulness lacks this consciousness of God and communication between man’s spirit and God is cut off. Eternal life, that man shall achieve when he gains spiritual transformation is an experience for the spirit of man. It is his spirit that is transformed into spiritual longing for God rather than longing for mundane things and with that his behaviour and action in life are also transformed. Freed from sinfulness, man’s spirit lives forever, for now he, as a free and godly spirit, has full and continuous spiritual consciousness of himself and God his Father who dwells in him. Once he achieves spiritual transformation, the spirit of man does not need the repetitive incarnation he has been undergoing to earth for his spiritual growth and maturity, for now he is fully conscious of himself as a child of God, and conscious of God that dwells in him. He now exists and manifests the will of God only, a purpose he was created for. 2.13 Man’s ego and the function of tribulation in our life. Man has a mind and with it he develops his ego. Both are in consequence of the Adamic spirit when God breathed into him. The mind with the ego are necessary in man for they bestow self consciousness in man. This self consciousness gives man his awareness of God in him and is what sets man apart and superior to other animals. It gives man the sense of his individuality as a distinct creation of God on earth. Man knows himself physically. Other animals do not know themselves. But the ego in particular, has its spiritual weakness, and in combination with free will that man also possesses, man has been choosing the wrong paths in his activities in life. Man’s ego has a detrimental effect on the spiritual transformation of man if he does not subject his ego under the control of his spirit. The ego is self centred and desires principally the mundane things of life. It encourages pride. It makes man to concentrate on himself and his self glory rather than on God and God’s glory. Satan uses man’s ego and mind to block man’s spiritual consciousness and lures him into ungodliness and materialism. Man requires spiritual transformation to free himself from the dominance of his ego over his spirit. It is for this purpose that God generally subjects his prophets, faithful messengers, the saints, the elects of God, the disciples of God to tribulation on earth during their life and service to God on earth. It can and often is in the form of poverty in material riches and in the lack of the glory of this world. It can also be in sickness or any other mode of tribulation. Riches itself is from God, and is one of the twelve powers given to man by God. Leader Olumba Olumba Obu nick names it “man power”, the other eleven powers being of the spirit and not mundane as in earthly riches. Earthly riches shall be made available to man when he is able to handle the riches for the glory of God and without enthroning the ego and allowing his ego to dominate his spirit and lead him away from God. The selfish desire for, the acquisition and accumulation for selfish use of earthly riches and glory nourish and strengthen the ego in man. The man’s mind tends towards materialism, self glory, greed, conceit, arrogance, carnality, and all types of ungodliness in his daily life. Such man cannot enter the kingdom of God because he lacks the quality of humility, selflessness, love, godliness and righteousness necessary for the entry. Our Lord Jesus Christ knew this truth, so in His encounter with rich young ruler who wanted to follow him, He recommended that the young man should go and sell all his earthly possession, give them to the poor and come and follow Him. The young man rejected this. (Matthew 10:17-25). Tribulation principally subdues the ego in man and opens his spirit to God. It reveals God to man and opens the path way for his spirit to be active over his mind, and ego thus allow humility, love, selflessness, righteousness and other virtues of God to be planted in him and allowed to manifest in his life. Tribulation is not a punishment from God. It is rather a spiritual surgery by God to remove the deadly spiritual disease of materialism and carnality in man. Such man shall more easily achieve spiritual transformation into righteousness. Leader Olumba Olumba Obu teaches that we flee from materialism, the inordinate lust for, and the accumulation of earthly wealth, if we must enter the kingdom of God. He says that we must accept tribulation (cross) gladly in our life because it is the key into the kingdom of God. It enables righteousness to be installed in man. Righteousness is the key into the kingdom God. 2.14 The mission of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu Leader Olumba Olumba Obu is here to give to man that He will select, that divine power from God the Father, so that such man will have ability to practise divine love despite the cross and tribulation. When the man does this, he will become the temple of divine love, (christ of God), and shall be transformed into righteousness. He shall then have full consciousness of God that dwells in him and shall be in direct communication with the Spirit of God in him, and be guided in all things by the Holy Spirit. He shall practice love and righteousness in his life. Only God can do this for man. Man cannot do it for himself. He shall then inherit the kingdom of God that is being set up now on earth by the Holy Father. He comes to unite His divine power and Holy Spirit with man’s spirit and thus provide transformation power for man to practice love and righteousness. Our Lord Jesus Christ is the Saviour of man, our Father, Leader Olumba Olumba Obu is the Transformer of man. 2.15 The Evil Plan of The Devil Fails The devil does not want righteousness to be practised. The devil does not want this transformation for man, so, he has infiltrated the kingdom and the whole world in all facets of activities and actively polluted man to ensure none will be suitable for this transformation. But God in His love and mercy has come to the rescue of the elects before they too are badly polluted in sin and has separated them from other people who may not benefit from the spiritual transformation unless they accept the Holy Father wholly and practise His teaching. God the Father through the power of the Holy Spirit will now guide the elects, so that they will grow in the spiritual truth. imparted to them, tune themselves wholly into spiritual life and will of God, practise love and righteousness and enable transformation in them to take place. Only this small percentage can achieve transformation presently in the kingdom. Many are called, but few are chosen. Over the generations to come, this selection will continue till all people on earth are of God.We must all thank God our Father that His mercy and love have covered all our sins and He has called us out to Himself, so that we can be made true citizen of the kingdom of God now on earth. It is not because we are worthy but because He loves us, and has granted us His grace. 2.16 The final confirmation of the divinity of The Holy Father Leader Olumba Olumba Obu is the Judge of mankind. Satan knows this. If He must be a righteous judge and also give divine power to the elects for transformation, He must Himself practise divine love in totality and without failure even to the minutest detail. Satan has used the people of the world before to harass Him, malign His character falsely, call Him all manners of evil names, to test His practice of divine love, yet He continues to love, to forgive and bless them always. His love for mankind has remained firm and deep despite all what mankind has done Him since His incarnation on earth. Now Satan decides on the last desperate attempt to test His divine love because this love must be available at all times and in all situations. Satan now uses some members of His household to create a resistance against His authority, teaching and the truth He has brought to mankind and try to usurp His authority and try to ruin His work on earth. This is the bitterest temptation He has faced so far. It is the confirmation and manifestation of the words of our Lord Jesus Christ that He must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation before He is revealed into eternal glory, for a man's worse enemy is the member of his household. "For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation". Luke: l7:24.25 2.17 Leadership by example The Holy Father must endure it and continue to give love for hatred, forgiveness for all wrongs and provide peace to all the people involved to the extent that even Satan cannot imagine. This is the final test of the Holy Father by Satan to prove He is not only the full temple of divine love, but divine love himself. He has finally conquered Satan with love, mercy and forgiveness. He has proven beyond any doubt His divinity and His authority to be the Judge of man. He has been through the severest of temptation that any man can ever face, and He has used divine love in all things in His dealing with man without exception. So He has shown that man can practise divine love on earth. 2.18 Transformation power for the elects When God created Adam, God breathed into him and gave him spirit. Adam became a living soul and a house for God on earth. He developed the human mind also. With spirit and mind in him, Adam was conscious of himself physically as a being and was endowed with superiority over all other creation on earth. Although he committed errors and sinned, he remained God’s temple on earth. God is now to take man to the next higher and ultimate state in his spirituality and relationship with God. He is now to be conscious of himself physically and spiritually and know all things in oneness, righteousness and love. The Holy Spirit is incarnate on earth to sanctify man into this state of spirituality, the christhood of God. Only those who practise love and righteousness can benefit and they require the transformation power now available to man on earth. Only God can assist man to achieve this. Man can not do it for himself. The Holy Father is on earth to do this for us. 2.19 A new spiritual age has arrived Leader Olumba Olumba Obu says, that we are now in the new spiritual age, the age of the direct rulership of God over all activities on earth. Only God’s will shall succeed now on earth. We celebrate the date 7/7/77 (Seventh July nineteen seventy seven) as the change over date into the new spiritual age. There is a new High Priest, God Himself, incarnate on earth, and with it, a change of the law. This new and very binding law on earth is the law of love. The theme is, love one another. The Holy Father says that man was at the primary school level equivalent of spiritual knowledge and consciousness of God during the advent of Judaism and such other religions revealed by God to man at that time. What Prophet Moses received and imparted to the Jews was able to take man that far for man was unable to receive the deeper truth. Man reached the secondary school level equivalent in spiritual knowledge and consciousness of God with the advent of Christianity. God sent His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ to incarnate on earth and redeem man by shedding his blood for the remission of the sin and provide the restoration of the sonship of God to man. He revealed God as our Father and all mankind as God’s children and brethren. He opened the way for the Holy Spirit, the Teacher to incarnate on earth amongst men. The Almighty God the Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit is now incarnate on earth. He has brought His kingdom, Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. This kingdom is at the university level equivalent in spiritual knowledge and consciousness of God. The Almighty God is now the Teacher to man, and no longer angels as in Judaism or even the Son of God as in Christianity. Man must receive and reach utter knowledge of truth and practice same in all activities of his life at this university level of spiritual knowledge and awareness of God as revealed by the Holy Spirit now to man and reach the level of professor equivalent. Such man who has this full knowledge of truth as taught in this kingdom, and practices same always, shall abide in love and righteousness and is a christ of God. Each person as selected by God, must reach this stage of spirituality, the christhood in this kingdom and thus shall inherit it. This is the mission of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu. 2.20 Liberty proclaimed on earth It is not only the age of knowledge, but also of liberty for where God is, there is liberty. God is now manifest on earth, so there is liberty on earth as never before. The Holy Spirit is the supernatural Teacher of mankind and will lead man to full knowledge of truth. Knowledge will immensely increase on earth from now on. The combination of immense knowledge and liberty for man is a dangerous combination and can lead man into licentiousness. Man tends to use knowledge for selfish purposes and can end up using the liberty and knowledge for evil purposes as a result of his wanting to satisfy his greed, his glory and his desire for mundane things. Man must have knowledge. This is God’s will for man. He will have liberty. This is also God’s will for man. It is knowledge of truth that will set man free. God is here to teach us all things so that we know. These cover the knowledge of truth (God), our spirituality and relationship with God (religion), science, politics and economics. Man is to use these knowledge for the glory of God and a blessing to mankind. Former spiritual teachers of mankind did not impart the knowledge that will lead man to the truth. They could not do so because their knowledge of truth was limited. Only God can lead man safely to the godliness he must possess even with the full knowledge and liberty granted him by God. So God the Father is here to guide and direct man during this spiritual transformation from sinfulness to righteousness. Angels can not lead man safely. The Son cannot do so. So God the Trinity is manifest now in total unity: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit to lead this spiritual transformation of man and guide this transformation time in godliness of man even with the liberty and knowledge given to him by God. Saint Paul saw this period when full knowledge of truth shall be available to mankind on earth and he informed the Corinthians of his time. He admitted that he and other truth bearers only knew in part and only saw in the spiritual world darkly, not brightly enough to convey the perfect picture. He also knew spiritual truth in part and could not therefore express or transmit the utter truth to his hearers. (IST. Corinthian 13:9-12) The good news is that He who is perfect in knowledge has come. Perfect and full knowledge of truth has come. The Holy Spirit is now on earth to impart this knowledge to man. 2.21 Pray always for God's guidance The battle between the Holy Father and Satan is fierce, and is raging now. This is the final battle to wrestle man from the clutches of Satan and chain Satan himself. We must pray without ceasing that God holds us His elects with His powerful hands to guide us and shield us from the wiles of Satan. “Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer” Romans 12:10-12 Very soon the war shall be over. God our Father is the winner of this war against Satan. His glory shall manifest over the entire universe and His transformed people, the elects, shall reign with Him. 2.22 Surrender yourself to God The Holy Father teaches that for any manifestation to take place on earth in man’s life, whether as answered prayer, or God’s direct intervention, there must be unison with God in man’s responsibility and response to achieve it. God does not normally force man to obey His will. He allows man to exercise his free will and await responsibility for his decision. Manifestation of God’s will in man begins from God who issues and releases His will to that effect. The angels bear this will of God to man and man is required to accept and obey that will of God so that it manifests in him and mankind. God always does His part. The angels always do their part. Man usually resists God’s will especially if that will of God conflicts with man’s selfish interest. Any resistance to God’s will is rebellion and attracts calamity to man. Thus man goes from one calamity to the other because of his resistance to God’s will in his life. Man calls any event or anything that fulfills his human desire, Good and says that it comes from God. He calls what ever conflicts with his desire, Evil and comes from the devil. The Holy Father says that such human thinking is falsehood and is of Satan the devil. Anything or event that fulfills the will of God is good. Anything or event that obstructs the fulfilment of the will of God is evil. All events in life come from God and are primarily intended to fulfill the will of God and glorify Him. The time has come for man’s redemption from these calamities. God is here to teach man the truth and also strengthen him to live according to the truth taught him by God. It is only by living according to the truth and God’s will, that man shall be saved from the calamities that plague his life presently. With the state he is in, he requires spiritual transformation, if he must obey God’s will in his life. It is the primary mission of God now on earth to transform man. Hold fast to the truth. Leader Olumba Olumba Obu is the only incarnate God the Trinity in our midst and now on earth. He is the Sole Spiritual Head of the Universe. He is the King of kings and Lord of lords and none other. All spirits and all creation are subject unto Him. He has imparted the teaching of truth to us over the last forty years. Everything that man must know, say, or do to ensure transformation from a sinful, carnal being to a righteous spiritual being has been taught us by the Holy Father, the Sole Spiritual Head of the Universe and the only spiritual Teacher of mankind. Let all our actions, thoughts and words conform with these His teachings and words. He is here to give us spiritual power to achieve this. He has selected us out from amongst those He originally called into Brotherhood of the Cross and Star and made us His elects. He will call other elects who are still in the world and not yet called and together He will guide us, transform us and glorify us with His glory, so that we can rise to His prepared standard of love and righteousness. “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think of these things". Philippians 4:8 May His divine power dwell in us all, may His divine love permeate all our being, and may His Holy Spirit guide and direct us all now and ever more. Amen. THANK YOU FATHER
