Everlasting Gospel
Text: Matthew 7: 1 - end
3.1 Salvation comes when you refrain from sinfulness
The message I have for you is recorded in verses 21 - 25. If you practise the word of God; there will be no temptation in your way. But if you claim that because you can perform healing, prophesy, preach and sing, then, know that you are wasting your time because such practices cannot avail you salvation. The only thing that will give you salvation is to hearken to the injunctions of God and to practice same. You have to love one another and, above all, shun all sinful practises such as telling lies, stealing, fornication, etc. I want to assure you that if you abide by the injunctions of God, you will be free of problems for it is said that whoever believes in the word of God is likened to the foundation stone which cannot be moved by any tempest. Faith is hearing the words of God and obeying and practising the words of God.
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is the kingdom of God where many wonders abound. As a member, you cannot be tempted by any evil except you are evil. Now, the Father has come to assure you that you cannot see evil nor could it harm or hurt you. And no gun pointed at you can explode because once you believe in the word of God, you become engulfed in the Spirit of God. Everything hangs on the Bible text read to you, that if you love one another, there is nothing that can afflict you.
I want to tell you something that you do not know. Satan, that people fear so much knows God very well and who the true children of God are. If you read through Acts of the Apostles 19: 11 - 15; you will discover what I am telling you. But it is the truth. You will find out that even in your community, as soon as you start practising the word of God in its true perspective, people will become aware and subsequently notice you. They will not invite you to their meetings because they know you are a man of God, but they will always consult you when there is problem. Satan knows the differences between the children of God and those of the world. You will realise that from the time you start to abide by the injunctions of God, everybody in heaven, on earth and in every other places of manifest will recognise you as a man of God. So, if a Brotherhood person is afflicted, know that he is not of God or have deviated from the path of rectitude. You can only deceive people that you are Brotherhood -but cannot deceive God because everything is ordained by Him.
3.2 You are judged by your deeds.
Any evil that you may do, constitutes judgment unto you. You are now authorized to go to places and spread this gospel and let the world know about Brotherhood. Many people in the world now know the real children of Brotherhood and those who are not. But I am not sure that you are aware of this fact. However, be assured that once you start practising the word of God, your ways open automatically. But if you do not keep the injunctions and show others the way to do it, how will your end be? Many of you do not know Brotherhood, for that reason do not know the word of God, and cannot therefore call yourselves children of God or of Brotherhood.
Beloved, what have you seen in the world which attracts you so much that you leave to embrace this kingdom that God has established for us? You came into this world with nothing and would leave it as you came.
3.3 Stop tempting God
Many of you do come here to tempt me to get annoyed, but I am telling you that, since you are not practising the injunctions of God, your temptations are in vain. I want you to know that I know all the nefarious activities that you engage in. You consult herbalists to undo your fellow man, you covert your fellow's thing, tell lies, steal, fornicate. I am aware of these things because nothing is hidden before God. So, I want you to desist from these vices and embrace the teachings that you are given daily.
3.4 Satan is always opposing God
Beloved, what will you preach to Satan? Or do you think that Satan does not know God? Satan knows God but is always opposing Him. This is why he has problem with the Creator. Satan is a deceiver and through his acts, the world seems to be hated by God. It now appears as if God does not love the world, and so save man from Satan’s ability to confuse man. But this is not so, Satan is being callous which is why all children of God must be careful.
3.5 A real child of God is known by his deeds
Many of you in this Kingdom do not know the Father neither do you emulate Him, therefore, your claim to be a child of the Father is baseless. Any child of God is known, even through his appearance and deeds, because he will have no business with evil and no evil can come his way. I am not imputing sins to you neither condemning you but I am directing you on the correct path to follow, I am directing on the proper way to practise the injunctions given to you on daily basis. For it is only when this is done that you will be saved. God is the Creator and the solicitor of every situation and event. If He does not permit, nothing can happen because without Him nothing can be done. What you are hearing now constitutes the gate to the city. If you cannot abide by it, you will have no entrance into the city. Once you comply with all the rules or laws, you are of God.
3.6 No more time for evil doers
None of you can report Satan to God, rather, it is Satan that will report you to God. It is the same Satan that will instruct you to indulge in sinful practise in order to win you to his side. When this happens, you will realise your fault because the time for evil works has gone; thus giving way to God and His rulership to manifest. If you do not stand firm in good works, you shall certainly be left out. Adam and Eve were advised not to eat of the fruit in the centre of the garden, but Satan went and instigated them to eat of the, forbidden fruit and we all know the outcome. Satan is known for this kind of work from creation.
3.7 You are perished when you indulge in evil practice
Just as you are told, if you continue in the works of the devil, you are perished. But if you should hearken to the word, believe and repent, you have automatically overcome everything. This is what I have for you. As you have come for Bible class, when you will go, Satan will come to tempt you with such questions as what did your Father teach you or what did He say you should do? In response, tell him that you are warned not to tell lies, begrudge, bear fall witness, keep malice, fornicate, etc. When you do this, he (Satan) will say, how can one stay without eating meat and fish or indulging in those other practices?. From here, you, who is carnally minded would be weakened in spirit and then hearken unto the voice of Satan and go against God's rules and regulations. I want to assure you that Satan has no power, his only power is to confuse you thereby luring you away from the path of God. But if you do not hearken to him, you will be free. This is what I have for you, therefore, let us hearken to the injunctions of God.
3.8 Be contented with your position
Now, many of you need money, children, food, wealth and positions. How can you get these things when your heart is not pure? Be contented with your position for once you are satisfied, everything is made possible unto you as God is a sufficient God. Do not be controlled by Satan but always act according to the dictates of God.
3.9 Healing is not a service of God
Healing is not a service unto God because even the herbalists do heal, the magicians heal, the churches, pagans etc. heal. Once you engage in sin, God leaves you. But whosoever abides by the word and directives of God has no problem in life and God knows him and takes care of his life. Refrain from sin and repent. This is my order.
It is not a matter of healing the sick, the leper and doing every other wonderful work but it is a matter of refraining from sin. This is the new order. Giving visions, healing the sick and engaging in such other activities will avail you nothing if you do not abide by the injunctions of God and then have a new lease of life. Your healing powers and that of performing miracles are not real because while you claim to be of God, you still indulge in sins, a result of which, you bring sorrows, hardship, lack, hatred etc. to yourself.
We are the children of God, including those who are still in the world. But those that engage in healing and other magical acts shall' find themselves out of the gate. The real children of God have nothing to do with the world because they know that they have their own God. All the children of God are known even by Satan and he cannot touch them. It is only God that is leading and directing them. As a man of God, you are expected to love God and abide by His injunctions, but if you continue in your fetish practices, you shall not have a place in the Kingdom of God.
He has given us a new commandment as recorded in John 13: 34 - 35, have you abided by this commandment? You have all gone through this portion, now, the question is, have you loved yourselves? But you all claim to possess love to God and to others. Then if this love is in you, what has prevented you from loving yourself? If you should abide by His instructions, you would have no problem for ever. Posses love and practice it to the best of your ability as a real child of Brotherhood. Read Matthew 12: 46 - end. This is what I have for you.
Beloved, a stroke of the cane is sufficient for the wise, let he who has ears hear what the Holy Spirit has imparted unto the entire world. May God bless His holy word?. Amen.
