PURITY: THE KEY TO GOD'S KINGDOM

First lesson: 1 Corinthians 5:11 “But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.” Second lesson: 1 Corinthians 6:18 “Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.” Golden text: 1 Corinthians 7:4-5 “The wife hath not power of her own body but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife. Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.” Introductory chorus: “Be as clean as I am, for no evil dwells with me” 3.1 Keep your body pure Beloved, the above texts as well as the chorus constitute our expectation. For one to pay tithe is not the paramount thing that is expected from one. The greatest and most important thing in this kingdom are contained in the above texts. Be pure at all times for it is the key to this kingdom. That is why it is stated that any sin that a man commits is without the body but right from the day he commits fornication, he has sinned against his own body, and the Holy Spirit will depart from him. Therefore, we should purify ourselves, for we are His dwelling place. The world understands that the prayers of the children of God are immediately answered by God and that they are the light of the world. This is true. If everyone who hears the words of God puts same into practice all would become the children of God who the Holy Spirit can use to accomplish wondrous things in the entire world. So if you wish the Holy Spirit to use you to accomplish wondrous works, first, refrain from all manner of sins and put into practice His divine injunctions. Be aware of the fact that, that which is killing the Holy Spirit in you is fornication and your refusal to adhere to His injunctions. The golden text has disclosed that the wife has no power over her own body, but the husband and likewise the husband; he has no power over his own body, but the wife. The couples are therefore, advised not to defraud one another except the one gives consent, at what time they should meet for a short period and later commit themselves to fasting and prayer, for purification purpose, so that Satan may not tempt them. So, whenever couples meet each other they are advised to subject themselves to fasting and prayer else, they are severely punished. Anyone who has one wife is considered good but he that has none is considered better. Because he who has no wife is better than he that claims to have one, yet commits adultery with the one wife. The explanation here is that at anytime couples meet, they have defied the temple of God, causing it to collapse. Why do you have to imitate the dogs that goes back to eat their vomit? If you continue this way, you will definitely have problems. 3.2 Dissociate from evil doers Whosoever does not associate himself with a fornicator, idol worshippers or any evil doer, is he that abides by the divine injunctions of God. You have often heard about the people living in the forest. It is not a crime, the reason is that they do not want to associate with any evil doer. So if you want to render any service unto God or you want God to use you to accomplish certain assignment, you must not eat, drink or do anything with an evil doer; do not even give him a handshake neither sit with him to discuss vain words. If you appreciate them, the Holy Spirit will depart from you completely and God can never use you to accomplish His works. Why do you claim to be a child of God, yet you associate with a fornicator? If people see you with such a person, how will they regard you? You claim to be a child of God, yet you associate with a thief and a robber. In such company, you can be regarded as a thief. That is why the Scriptures at 1 Corinthians 15:33 discloses that. "evil communications corrupts good manners." You associate yourself with a fornicator yet you claim not to be a fornicator. How can you prove your claim? The first lesson advises aright and whoever goes contrary to that lesson stands to be deserted by the Holy Spirit. Do not claim to be associating with your brother or friend without indulging in the act he perpetuates. You are making a fool of yourself by making such statement. That was why, when Christ wanted to communicate with God in prayer, He was often leaving His disciples behind for a more conducive place. He knew the implication, indeed, the effect of allowing them to accompany Him. Spiritual chorus "I love to answer that name, man of God A local adage has it that a roasted dog meat is very delicious but one wonders what one would feed on till the meat gets dry or roasted. That which we regard to be joyful in this world is a lamentable issue in the spiritual world. A lot of you often claim that you sit with the Father, sing and dance for Him. How can you prove that as you are with the Father, He is pleased with you; when you are indulging in vices? What is the essence of singing and dancing with the Father? Are you not aware that when you come here with evil the spirits here disappear? 3.3 Reason for separation Whenever you communicate with a fornicator, thief, liar, quarrelsome person etc, the Holy Spirit becomes inactive. So, if you want to communicate or pray to God, never do it in the company of another, as exemplified by Christ. Whenever you pray in the company of a sinner, your prayer will never be answered, for the Holy Spirit had departed from you. Therefore, hate that which is evil but embrace that which is righteous. James 4:4 discloses: "........... know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God" If you are a friend of the world, you are God's enemy and if you are an enemy of the world, you are God's beloved. Anyone who goes in the company of people to accomplish any assignment, often meets failure, for God does not answer his prayer. Worse off, the Holy Spirit will depart from him. If you dissociate yourself from the evil doer, then will you become one with God and any thing you request from Him will be granted; else you are a dead person. A stupid fellow often asks, if he sleeps with an evil doer and has nothing to do with him. whether he has committed any sin. A more careful person would ask why he chose to sleep with such a person? If you do not sleep with him, what is the sin there? Although you are a man of God, do you think you are still a man of God if you sleep with a drunkard, a fornicator or any evil doer? Therefore you must, at all times, call a spade a spade. 3.4 Father's vestry is the holiest place A lot of people claim that inside the Father's vestry, there are some people there cooking, playing, conversing with the Father. Do you think such statements are true? The Father does not require such things and there is no noise in the vestry. The vestry is the holiest place that has ever been . Most people however, come there to gossip and talk vain words. This is why people are no longer allowed in there. I do not want people to come into the vestry because many regard the divine injunctions in this kingdom as a child's play. 3.5 Purify yourself I had, before now, told you that to purify, yourself is the number one thing one has to accomplish in this kingdom. If you are not holy, you are good for nothing. That is why it is stated that we must be holy as He is holy, for no sinner dwells with Him. You request to go and see the Father in the vestry. What do you want to see Him for? Can you not see the Father inside you? Is there any time anyone comes here and I fail to ask if he is annoyed or if he has begrudged another? If you come here with annoyance and hatred, none of your request can be granted. The question is, how will you distinguish between someone who hates another when human beings are more trickish than a snake? For instance, you will see someone wearing an immaculate soutane, applying powder on the face but his innermost body is completely filthy. This is because he hates others and indulges in evil. This explains the scripture at James 1:27: "Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this. To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world." The above excerpt contains a very important information. I shiver when I realise that you have refused to abide by the Father's divine injunctions. Whosoever refuses to do away with evil practices is a foolish person. You claim to see God; Yes, God is here with you but He is afraid of the sins you indulge yourself. He dreads any place where sin strives, He has nothing to do with a sinner. Therefore if you want to see Him, dissociate yourself from anything evil. The people who go into the forest to communicate with God and also offer thanks to Him do not completely err Those are the people whose prayers are answered. Nowadays, people like sleeping with some other person(s) so as to converse. Such habit amounts to nothing. Why do you prefer sleeping with someone only to engage in vain conversation to staying alone in order to communicate successfully with God? Why not dissociate yourself from these ungodly ways so that the Father might use you to accomplish wondrous works? God is in need of people to use in accomplishing His assignment but there is no one. The fact is that no one is ready to surrender to Him. Re-examine the first lesson. First lesson: 1 Corinthians 5:11 “But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.” 3.6 Abhor evil completely People erroneously complain that the Father does not love them. Do you love the Father? Are you not the cause of the diverse confusions in the world? There is no God in all the church denominations in the world; that is why there is no life in them, for wherever there is evil, God can never go to such a place. Therefore purify yourself, and God will indwell you. Recall that Joshua sent spies from Jericho to Ai, which is beside Bethaven on the east side of Bethel, to spy the city. They went and returned to report that Joshua should send about two or three thousand men to go and smite Ai, for the people therein were not many. Joshua did as the men advised but about thirty-six Israeli men were rather smote by the people of Ai. The survivors fled away. The Israelites were chased from the gate of Ai . This caused the Israelites to change from evil. The Israelites were defeated because they departed from God. Achan had offended God by taking home things which were cursed i.e. war booties and because of that, God deserted the Israelites and supported Ai, against them. Then Joshua and the elders of Israel fell upon their faces to the earth before the ark of the Lord, lamenting over their misfortune. God hearkened to their supplications but not without disclosing to them why they were defeated and the solution to their misfortune. (Refer to Joshua 7:2-25). 3.7 Sinners contaminate the righteous Joshua did as the Lord directed him. If he had spared the life of any member of Achan's family, including his livestock, life would have been worse for them. After that God toid the Israelites to sanctify themselves and get ready to destroy Ai. They did as they were directed and it did not take them up to three hours to destroy the entire inhabitants of Ai. Have you now realized the punishment involved when a culprit is found among a group of people or country? The Israelites suffered defeat from the people of Ai because of Achan's misdeed. Therefore, take what happened to the Israelites as a lesson. Whether it is your carnal father or mother, your brother or sister who is an evil doer, dissociate yourself from him or her because evil doers do not believe in the existence of the Holy Spirit and for that reason, such are the children of perdition? Do not claim that such a person loves you; if he tells you he loves you do not believe because he is deceiving you. He does not love you neither does he love God. For God has clearly enjoined us to hate that which is evil and embrace that which is righteous. Therefore be conscious of the fact that if an evil person dwells among people that are righteous, the evil person will certainly contaminate the righteous. This explains the English proverb which states that one bad apple spoils the rest. If there is an evil doer among your business associates, such business can never succeed. Therefore always keep an evil doer at arms-length. You should emulate me, for I have no association with an evil doer. Sin is an enemy of God. 3.8 Intimacy, even with your wife is fornication The golden text has enjoined us that it is good for one not to touch a woman because if you touch a woman, you have sinned against your flesh; you have defiled yourself and for that reason, the Holy Spirit will desert you. Therefore, if you have any intimate relationship with a woman or even your wife, you have committed fornication with her. People claim that the Holy Spirit is not in existence. Such is false. The Holy Spirit is very much in existence but where will He dwell when you have defiled His house? Among all the inhabitants of the world, who has been able to abide by His divine injunctions? Even the whites are not able to abide by His injunctions. The Holy Spirit does not only desert fornicators but also those who believe in fetish acts. A lot of people prepare juju for the purpose of protection. The Holy Spirit can never go to such places. Therefore, he who is able to surrender and sanctify himself and be pure as God is, him will He indwell and use to accomplish wonderful assignment's, for there is nothing He cannot accomplish. But if there is anything evil in anyone, whether such a person wears talisman or drinks any potion or buries anything diabolical in his compound, the Holy Spirit does not go near such a person; He sees everything, far and near. God's eyes behold only righteous people and His ears listen to them alone. Here, I do not need any evil doer neither do I want disturbance. That is why, if anyone disturbs here, such is sent away. This explains the calmness in this place. 3.9 The ultimate power is in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star Some people claim there is a very strong power in this kingdom. Yes there is and that is why no elementary power can raise its ugly head. At one time, one sister Comfort testified of how thunder was directed to destroy the hall. I rebuked her and dismissed such statement because such a thing cannot happen because of the over-whelming power here. In another instance, someone, with a shovel, moved towards the guest house. When I inquired of his mission, I was told that he was going to exhume juju therefrom. I was unhappy with the person, but I prayed the Father to forgive him. Can any elementary spirit or principality penetrate this compound? It is a very pathetic thing for one to pick spades and or matchet to dig the ground behind the guest house in order to bring out a short stick, some fetish object and claim it was buried by someone. Who buried it there? Do you understand the implication of such statements? Such a thing can never happen here. No elementary power in heaven and on earth is capable of penetrating this premises. I often hear people making a lot of noise, disturbing this place, claiming to be possessed by spirit. Such amounts to stupidity. A maxim has it that he who feels it, knows it. Revelation 21: 2 reveals how John the Divine saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God, out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. What can the elementary spirit, power and principalities destroy here? The light here, no spirit can see through it neither can any evil pass through it. Therefore anyone who wants to be a member of this kingdom, Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, such should refrain from all evil tendencies, repent and subject himself to fasting, put away the old carnal clothing and put on new spiritual ones. Man is filled with evil tendencies. He fights quarrels, gets annoyed and does many unseemly things. You should realise that God has nothing to do with evil. God perceives evil just like a cat perceives the smell of a rat. And just like the cat chases the rat, so does God abhor evil. Therefore. all they that are required to come here must purify themselves and be as holy as their Father Now people have realized that it is God Almighty that is working in this kingdom. This is why many are baptized into this kingdom. You often complain that God has done nothing for you. What do you expect God to do for you when you have refused to harken to His divine injunctions, indulging in fornication, stealing, quarrelling, telling lies, engaging in diabolism, etc. God has no business with people who indulge in such acts. Not only 34 Ambo premises that is guarded by powerful angels, the entire world is also guarded, because the Holy Spirit is the controller of all things. Unfortunately, you think I am always joking when I tell you that there exists no apparition, charm, indeed, diabolism. Actually, these things do not exist because the Holy Spirit has destroyed and sent them away from the earth; now the world is free. The light here is such that illuminates everywhere. Re-examine the second lesson. Second lesson; 1 Corinthians 6; 18 “Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committed fornication sinneth against his own body.” 3.10 The Father has manifested God sent angels, prophets into the world and they were tortured and put to death. This was because they did not work according to the will of the Father For this fact, a local adage states that when the battle becomes fierce, the king takes over the command of the troop Thus, God Himself has come, sending no one and has destroyed all elementary spirits, evil powers and principalities and all works of darkness Now, the juju doctors, secret societies have been rendered useless by the Holy Spirit. This explains why the sins that were accumulated in you have suddenly vanished. The Holy Spirit, indeed, the light of the world, rules the entire world. This explains the scripture at Revelation 21; 23: "And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the lamb is the light thereof'." So all the things in this world that did not give glory to God have been uprooted and destroyed. You thought you were enjoying when you were indulging in various acts of sin. If the Father had not manifested, would you not have perished? But now, the Holy Spirit has destroyed all evil things Because the kingdom of this world has become the kingdom of God; thus, no sun nor moon is required, for the Holy Spirit shines forth for the world. 3.11 The Holy Spirit is light I often hear you complaining that someone is tempting you. What does he use to tempt you? What association has light with darkness? Light is stronger than darkness, so it is capable of destroying darkness. Therefore, all the powers of darkness are all naturally dead. And so, the Holy Spirit who is indwelling you is the one controlling your body. Realising that the Holy Spirit is in you, you need not indulge in what you had done away with - sin. The Father has come to save the entire world unto Himself and for that reason, we have all received salvation. He uses a spiritual broom to sweep away all the dirts that filled the world and now He is advising that we should be pure as He is, for no sinner dwells with Him. So the world is now pure, you can go to anywhere you wish, without encountering problems. If you say the evil doers should be assembled at one place for destruction, are you portraying that there are no children of God there? We should however embrace and accept God and render services unto Him instead of entertaining vain thoughts. Spiritual chorus: "There is no more (elementary) power x 2; there is no more Satan's power to destroy God's work. 3.12 You are fully protected Truly, there is no other power operating in the world except that of the Holy Spirit. When a visioner tells someone to pray fervently about his right hand; I often rebuke such statement because there is nothing on this earth that can suppress or over-power you. Therefore brethren, we have every reason to thank and praise the Father for manifesting on earth with the heavenly hosts to save mankind. That is why we should render services unto Him majestically and authoritatively. That which hitherto was regarded as a thing of perdition has now become a thing of great joy. All the things that were evil have now become pure, indeed the light. Everything in the entire world has been arranged accordingly. So go forth into the world and herald that the Comforter is very much present in our midst. A lot of people claim that if they drink alcohol, the Holy Spirit will depart from them. Little do they realise that if they drink, the Holy Spirit in them will awaken, the rest of the alcohol spirit in them, so as to fully eradicate such evil trait in the person. Likewise if someone fornicates or indulges in any act of sin. The reason is that all the things that were black hitherto have been changed to white and things that were scattered have been arranged orderly. He can make and unmake. If we were not controlled by the Holy Spirit, in fact, if the Holy Spirit had not manifested, the inhabitants of the earth would have been in hades by now. Although these divine injunctions are being imparted unto you, yet you are still thinking of evil but the more you think of evil, the more the evil changes to good. If you tell lies, it changes to truth because God is here to rectify all things. In Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, we are free. If you are given a termination letter by your boss such automatically becomes a promotion letter. If you are cursed, the curse will turn to a blessing. This confirms the fact that every evil tendency has been destroyed by the Holy Spirit. People spend huge amount of money to acquire protective charms. This is useless, for the Holy Spirit has put an end to their existence. Now the Holy Spirit alone reigns and rules the entire universe. He is the doctor, manager, director, father, mother, brethren, and every thing to us. So let us at all times give thanks to God for what He has done to us. Let us honour and respect our positions and live according to HIS will. 3.13 You are blessed You are aware of how the Father blesses you. As He blesses, He promises to forgive your sins, and never to remember them again. He transforms and changes every one unto Himself, showers His love, peace, power etc. unto all. In this wise, you are not a child of perdition. So we have every cause to give Him glory, thanks, praise and honour And if you fail to reverence Him today, you will surely do it tomorrow, in confirmation of the scriptural nomination that all tongues shall sing His praise and all knees shall bow for Him. There is no child of perdition existing any more. For these are what He had promised to accomplish and He has truly accomplished all. I Corinthians 15; 49 discloses thus: "And as we have borne the image of the earthly, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly." Therefore, now that we have borne the image of the heavenly, let us abide by the divine teachings of God by loving one another, being merciful unto one another, exercising patience at all times. For love, truth, mercy, patience and all the virtues dominate the world now. 3.14 The great sweep Those in the Northern Cross River State often call Brotherhood of the Cross and Star 'Wonderful" because of the fact that there was a certain river that was full of wild aquatic animals such as hippopotamus, octopus, etc. which caused boats to sink. Now, such things do not exist any more due to the wonderful work of the Father in that area. All the evil things that were experienced in other local rivers like "Nsidung" "Obutong" Rivers are no more in existence. Even the Ikom area which was often disturbed by elephants and other wild beast, is now enjoying the blessings of God. This explains the scripture at Revelation 11:15 that, the kingdoms of this world have become the kingdom of our Lord, and of His Christ; and He shall reign for ever and ever. Something great has happened and the entire world is in great surprise: all the elementary spirits, powers and principalities have been eradicated. I often hear people claiming to belong to "Ogboni" cult, what do you call "Ogboni"? Such thing does not exist, for God is all and in all. Move any how you wish, with power and authority, for you are in your Father's care. The little children here are no more little but they are now the children of God. See how numerous you are today. This situation is likened to that which our Lord Jesus Christ spoke and people gathered and followed Him.:; He also used the word and they dispersed. Before now, your mind was sorrowful but in this short while, the Father has brought happiness to you. Re-examine the golden text. Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency” 3.15 The weapons against fornication The above text reveals the weapons which you can use to overcome fornication. They are fasting and prayer. So anytime you fornicate, fast and pray, then you will be pure again and all will be well. For He does not desire any one to perish because He came to save the entire world and assume His glory, for He had promised that the kingdoms of this world must become the kingdom of our Lord and His Christ. However, whatever befalls you, you are responsible for such, because all that He has enjoined us to observe is for our own benefit. Refrain from fornication, telling of lies, quarrelling, stealing and diabolism, for such are no longer useful. 3.16 Abide by God's word All the things God has advised us to forsake are the things which are not good. He has bestowed unto us every good thing like everlasting life, truthfulness, happiness, mercy, and all virtues; only joy now prevails in the entire world. So listen no more to vain words, words of the flesh. Do not put your faith and hope any more in the mundane things of this world. But have faith and hope in the divine word of God which you have received, for they constitute everlasting life. Death, sickness, tribulation, affliction, suffering, disgrace and all act of sins have been destroyed, never to exist any more. 3.17 A new heaven emerges The Holy Spirit has made everything now anew for this is the new world. The new heaven and earth wherein dwelleth righteousness have emerged. Our Lord Jesus Christ said as quoted in Luke 20: 34 - 35 thus:, “The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage: But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage”. Therefore we are not expected to indulge in sin, for we are the children of God. A new wine should be preserved in a new wine bottle to retain its good quality. Before now, the people of Ukwa Ibom in Cross River State were fond of transforming themselves into crocodiles but now that the Father has taken over the area, all those things have been destroyed and the place is now free and full of life. Thus, one can move majestically and authoritatively to anywhere and nothing raises its ugly head. That too should make the world realise that God has manifested. People complain and embark on investigating to find out the source of power in this kingdom but all in vain. The fact is that, the more you look, the less you see. The power in this kingdom can not be found in the leaves, trees or anywhere. It is neither from you nor from me but it manifests at the fullness of time which God assigned. So now, the world is experiencing peace and harmony. Where there is love, there also God dwells. Wheresoever there is humility, there God abides. Where there is peace, power, joy and other virtues, there also God dwells, for all these things are signs of the presence of the Holy Spirit. We are saved out of mercy, gratis. It is not because of our righteousness but He saves us with His love. For practising the word of God, none has been able to do it but salvation is granted us free, in conjunction with the promise He made to our fathers. Beloved, I do not intend to take you further. For a stroke of the cane is enough for the wise. Let he who has ears hear what the Holy Spirit has imparted unto the world. May the Father bless His holy words. Amen Thank You Father
