Hymn 101

VERSE 1
The Holy Spirit is upon me,
For He the Lord, has anointed me
To preach good news to those afflicted,
And to bind up the broken hearted.

VERSE 2
He sent me, to open prison gate,
And to captives, liberty proclaim,
To set free, those who are there in bond,
That God's love may therein all abound.

VERSE 3
Thou, Lord, send me, the lost to redeem,
The wandering ones, bring them home to Thee,
Purify us, sanctify our souls
Bring us back to Thee, in Thine abode.

Amen
