Thou Lord and King of heaven and earth,
Existing before the beginning,
Synonymous with eternity
And eternity personified.

All things that are in this universe,
The firmament and earth inclusive,
Things visible and invisible,
All emanated from Thy own pow’r.

Thou makest man in Thy likeness, Lord
And endoweth him with Thy own pow'r
That he may control all cre-ations;
Thou art worthy of honour and praise.
