Hymn 235

VERSE 1
Songs of praise to You I will raise
Lord of host accept Thou my praise
Let not Lord my iniquities
Bar me from receiving goodness
Hear my song let it not go in vain
Reward and grant me Your happiness

VERSE 2
Songs of praise to You I will sing
Songs of hope I give to the weak
Use these songs to write off my sins
For I have decided to sing
Hear my song, take it and leave me not,
Give me the strength to grow forth in songs

VERSE 3
Songs of praise to You I will sing
I have vowed to sing till the end
Lord, my flesh, guide, direct and tend
My spirit is willing to sing
Lord my song , hear and keep me with Thee
Give me the strength and control my flesh.

Amen
