Hymn 268

VERSE 1
There is not a friend so kind and loving like Olumba.
There is not a friend so kind and loving, there’s none like Him.

Refrain
There is not a friend, there is none like Him,
Who will so willingly, care for sinners like me.

VERSE 2
There is not a friend so good and patient like Olumba,
There is not a friend as righteous on earth like Olumba.

VERSE 3
The Lord has not forsaken us, His chosen as orphans;
He is the Holy Spirit, the Comforter promised long.

VERSE 4
Our sins all are wiped away; He imputs them not on us;
His love is for great and small, and is meant for everyone.

VERSE 5
His graces are as endless as His love to all mankind;
Today, the Lord is the same, tomorrow and ever more.

Amen
