VERSE 1
Blessed is he that considereth the poor
The Lord will deliver Him in time of trouble
The Lord shall preserve and keep Him alive
He shall be blessed upon the earth.

VERSE 2
Blessed is the man who giveth from his heart
The Father in heaven will save him from trouble
The face of the Lord shall be upon Him
And the Lord will answer all His pray’rs.

VERSE 3
Much is expected from whom much is given
Relent not in giving alms unto the needy
When you give to them do it from your heart
A cheerful giver is loved by God.
