    COME ALL THAT LABOUR

    VERSE 1
    Come all that labour and who are heavy laden;
    Come now to Christ, your Saviour Lord and Master,
    Heed ye His clarion call and no longer in sin sadden
    This invitation to you comes from the Redeemer.

    VERSE 2
    By His love, the Lord, for a ransom gave His life,
    That man should not live in sin but dwell in God;
    If man will, Him accept, He then will his transgression waive
    And unto him will the Saviour eternal life give.

    VERSE 3
    Christ is that stranger, who is standing at your door,
    Open your heart, let Him come and dwell in you;
    In Him is perfect peace for them that are in spirit poor;
    Do not refuse Him, lest He turns forever from you.

    VERSE 4
    Jesus our dear Lord is the way, the truth, the life;
    Unto the Father no man comes but by Him;
    Harden then not your hearts but harken or be left in strife.
    For He’s the true vine and we all are branches thereof.

    Amen
