Hymn 318

VERSE 1
My heart is gladdened, my spirit rejoices,
When I recall my Lord's favour to me,
I will not cease singing loud praises to Him,
In faithfulness and love.

VERSE 2
Marching forward, I will ever beat retreat,
Though tempted, my Lord's graces will suffice;
In deep distress, aid will come from the Father,
All my hope is in Him.

VERSE 3
My heart really overflows with joy indeed
For great is the love of my God for me,
For I commune with my Father every day,
He gently answers me.

VERSE 4
The Father guides me wherever I may go,
He abundantly provides for my needs,
He preserves me in a state of perfect health,
My glory is in Him.

Amen
