VERSE 1
The Saviour is now on earth
To lead us unto the truth;
What was promised ere His death
Is fulfilled today.
Refrain
In glory He comes to lead and to reign in this new era;
Let us all rejoice
In glory, He comes to lead and to reign in this new era
Let us all rejoice.
VERSE 2
Blest this generation be,
For their eyes, the Lord, have seen,
The author of Salvation
And Giver of life.
VERSE 3
The wise and prudent were called,
They heeded not the clarion;
The little children, He called
To exalt His name.
VERSE 4
Magnify the Lord with me;
His glory doth fill the earth;
That promise, which He vouched to be,
Is fulfilled today.
Amen
