VERSE 1
Base your hope on calvary, do not remove your trust from God
There lies the price of our redemption paid by our saviour
It paved way for all best we enjoyed from our God.
VERSE 2
He was nailed on calv’ry tree, to reconcile sinners with God
He suffered for our fears and sorrows to be wiped away
It paved way for all best we enjoy from our God.
VERSE 3
By His blood we are set free, from Satan’s bond and real bondage
Let not the painful death of our Lord so become useless
It paved way for all best we enjoy from our God.
VERSE 4
Let all the people rejoice, for salvation has come to man
Let His blood be a healing to our wounds and all our pains
It paved way for all best we enjoy from our God.
Amen
