VERSE 1
What a wonderful love He has for us
He died on the cross for man
So as to bring mankind unto God.
VERSE 2
Lo! on the cross the Saviour of mankind
Was nailed that we may be free
Sorrows, He has taken them away.
VERSE 3
We, as sinners Jesus Christ calls to serve
By His blood He has washed us
The price for our sins the Lord has paid.
VERSE 4
He pleaded for man to be forgiven
"For they know not what they do"
He’s given man everlasting life.
