VERSE 1
Jesus Christ our Lord was slain on the cross
But He prayed Father forgive them all.

VERSE 2
The Jews mocked, flogged and spat on the Saviour
Yet our dear Lord uttered not a word.

VERSE 3
The Jews put a crown of thorns in His head
Yet Jesus Christ uttered not a word.

VERSE 4
To mankind, His death has brought redemption
Let us adore Him, Jesus the Lord.
