VERSE 1
He’s born today in the town of Biakpan, the Leader of the world
O! come with thy presents gold, myrrh and frankinsence
Angels above and men on earth are singing His praise.

VERSE 2
For unto us a King is born today, to us a son is gi’vn
And upon His shoulders, the government shall be
He’s the everlasting Father, the Almighty God.

VERSE 3
O! come, O! come and rejoice with the king, who comes to rule the world
The promised comforter, the Redeemer of man
He’s born today with a new name, Olumba Obu.

VERSE 4
Shout hallelujah, sing hosanna to our king of kings who reigns
Over the universe, in human form He comes
The dwelling place of Our God is now with men on earth.

VERSE 5
With one accord, sing praises unto Him, ye chosen of the Lord
He is worthy of thanks, He is worthy of praise
Dominion and pow’r be given unto Him who reigns.
