Hymn 818

VERSE 1
We thank Thee O! Lord for Thy message of salvation
Let Thy sermon O! Lord cleanse us from our sins
Let Thy spirit teach us to practise Thy word O! Lord.

VERSE 2
Use Thy teaching Lord to remould Thy sinful children,
May Thy sermon draw all sheep to Thee Father,
So that all sheep may be one under one Shepherd, Lord.

VERSE 3
May Thy word dwell in the hearts of Thy chosen children,
Forgive Thy children all their trespasses, Lord,
Let all Thy chosen children resemble Thee, Father.

Amen
