Hymn 823

VERSE 1
Truly He knows us by name,
The Father had laid the foundation
He calls us in and preaches love and practise same
For us to hear and practise them in like manner.

VERSE 2
O! feed your soul with His words,
The world has nothing to offer you
Stake not your soul with what you see and remember;
The things of this world will give not eternal life.

VERSE 3
Truly the weapon of war,
Embodies the Love He has for us,
He that abides will truly rise above the world,
And shine to the glory of Him who shows the way.

VERSE 4
Lets search the hidden treasure,
The crystal water is flowing from,
The throne of God who ever drinks of the water,
Shall live as the immortal being forver more.

Amen
