Hymn 827

VERSE 1
Ye children of Brotherhood,
Be ye Holy as Thy Father Olumba,
The elects of the most High, God ye are,
And the vessel of honour thou art.

VERSE 2
Ye are the salt of the earth
A seasoning flavour of the world ye are
But if the salt therefore lost its savour
It’s good for nought but to be thrown out.

VERSE 3
Ye are the light of the world,
A city built on hill cannot be hidden,
Let thy light therefore shine before all men,
That they may glorify Thy Father.

VERSE 4
Children of the most high God,
Be thou as tender hearted as Thy Father
Having compassion one for another,
Also for bearing one another.

Amen
