VERSE 1
A new day I have seen thanks to Thee O! Lord
May I feel Thy great love in this bright new day
Prince of light, Prince of peace, Thy protection I need.

VERSE 2
In this day, my Lord and Father, bless my soul
From the hands of those who are after my life
My Redeemer and king, Thy protection I seek.

VERSE 3
All my works, Lord this day, may Thy spirit guide
All my plans for this day, Thou would execute
King of kings, Lord of lords, Thy protection I seek.

VERSE 4
Bring me back great Father at dusk, I beseech
To sing of Thy wondrous work through out the day
Let all glory and thanks be given unto Thee.
