VERSE 1
At the dawn of this day O! Lord
Guide and protect us Lord we pray
Let no evil befall us Lord
Guide and protect us, Lord we pray.

VERSE 2
In the night when asleep we were
Thou watcheth and protecteth us
Awaketh us at dawn of day
To sing and praise Thy holy name.

VERSE 3
Olumba, my rock and shelter
Thou the rock of my salvation
Thou art the light that guides us all
May it lead us throughout this day.

VERSE 4
In the morning, I’ll praise Thy name
Thou art worthy of our praises
Thy protection this day we seek
Let no evil, Thy children see.
