Hymn 897

VERSE 1
It’s a wonderful day, that the Lord has made
It’s a glorious day, that He gives to us
There is joy in the universe
For the Lord’s new day.

VERSE 2
All the birds of the air are singing His praise
All the fishes in the water are glad
And the animals in the bush
Are praising the Lord.

VERSE 3
O! ye faithful children of the Lord rejoice
For the wonderful day He gives to us
All inhabitants of the world
Rejoice, praise the Lord.

VERSE 4
Let us sing and shout hallelujah to God
Let us sing and jubilate in the Lord
Let us sing, dance and celebrate
For the Lord’s new day.

Amen
