Hymn 147

VERSE 1
My soul, be thou awakened,
Faint not in serving the Lord,
Arise now and praise your Lord,
Leader Olumba Obu.

Refrain
Raise now, your voice to sing
In praise of the Father;
Great is the love of God,
Sing His praise for ever more.

VERSE 2
My soul, be thou awakened;
Come and meet with your Father;
Listen to that tender voice,
"Thee, I will never forsake".

VERSE 3
My soul, be thou awakened;
Follow Olumba the King,
And rejoice in His glory;
He has come again to rule.

VERSE 4
My soul, be thou awakened,
For Thy joy is ever great;
Great Redeemer of mankind,
Now in flesh and blood He comes.

VERSE 5
My soul, be thou awakened
Sing to your Lord Olumba
Hold steadfastly unto Him
For He redeemeth with love.

Amen
