Hymn 183

VERSE 1
We’ll sing a new song unto God
For now we do see His salvation
Which He has given to us
Come and rejoice, for our Lord is good with us.

VERSE 2
O! Listen to the news of joy,
The Comforter expected is here,
In our likeness He has come,
To change this world of sin and to lead us all.

VERSE 3
The prophecy now is fulfilled,
"Lo! I will not leave you comfortless,
I’ll soon come back unto you".
He is here today to give us peace and joy.

VERSE 4
Let Brotherhood rejoice today,
Lo! the comforter promised is here
In scarlet robe, He is seen
Spreading daily, the word of life, to the world.

VERSE 5
Come and witness the truth in Him
To Brotherhood come, O! wait no more.
Leader Olumba Obu,
He’s the Comforter, great teacher now on earth.

Amen
