Hymn 247

VERSE 1
In the New Kingdom, there is all-round rejoicing
And jubilating, yea! the New Jerusalem
The inhabitants sing daily, a new song of praise
To the Father.

VERSE 2
Shouts of jubilation and echoes of singing
With the sound of music without harps and cymbals
Sweet and natural, these glorious songs of praise abound
In the Kingdom.

VERSE 3
There is great rejoicing before The Father’s throne
No more sorrow, no pain; there is no more crying
Only righteous living is accepted in the new
Jerusalem.

Amen
