VERSE 1
Thanks to Him, whom heav'n adore,
Who, thunder and the flood obey;
His glory and pow'r revealed,
And works of darkness overcome.

VERSE 2
Praise Him, whom the earth adores,
Whom death and hades do obey;
Continuously, we plead Thee,
Fit may we be to dwell with Thee.

VERSE 3
Our God and King, Lord, Thou art;
Spread Thy mighty Wings around us;
God of our Fathers, Thou art,
For none but Thou art God and King.

VERSE 4
Thanks to Him, who rules the Sun,
Whom the moon and the stars obey;
Cherubim and Seraphim
His will with precision, perform.
