Hymn 391

VERSE 1
Give ear to my prayers,
O! My God, for none except
Thee alone I worship; O! My God,
Give Thy ears unto me,
That I may rejoice in Thee.

VERSE 2
Have mercy on me, Lord,
For Thou art my salvation
My soul depends on Thee; cast me not
From Thy sight, Lord I pray;
Hear my pray'rs, O Lord, I plead

VERSE 3
Unto Thee, Lord I come
Pleading on my bended knees
Let not my foes triumph over me
Let me not be ashamed
O! My God, I pray to Thee.

VERSE 4
Purge me, Lord with hyssop,
I shall be whiter than snow
Hide Thy face from my sins, O! My God
Give to me a clean heart
That I may rejoice in Thee.

VERSE 5
Unto Thee, Lord, I pray,
That I mayest dwell with Thee
All the days of my life, that I may
Behold Thy Holy Face;
That I may in Thee, be bright.

Amen
