VERSE 1
Thee I trust, Lord for Thou has never failed;
My sins though many, Thou bore them on the Cross,
Why should people ask: where is that thy God?
Be not far from me nor put me into shame.

VERSE 2
Lord, my God, let Thy words in me abide,
And Thy steadfast love ever to me a guide;
Grant that always, Thou may in me be found
That I cannot err, and ever Thine remain.

VERSE 3
Lord, with Thee, I am sure of protection
Thou hast promised that Thou will never leave me
I have seen Thee, Thy promise is fulfilled
Be Thou my guide, Lord; and keep me by Thy love.
