Hymn 421

VERSE 1
O! Holy Father save me
From prolonged distress
As battle of life rages,
Let me Thy aid receive.

VERSE 2
I depend on Thee, O! Lord,
Olumba Obu;
Hold me tightly in Thy hands,
And grant me no retreat.

VERSE 3
During my life time on earth,
To Thee, draw me nigh;
In the time of temptation,
Allow me not to yield.

VERSE 4
Never let me, Lord, to stray
Before advesary,
Or to lust on worldly things;
Be Thou my guide for e’er.

Amen
