Hymn 458

VERSE 1
O! Lord my strength, I will bless Thy name,
Thou art my rock and my defense,
Thou my redeemer, my fortress,
My confidence in Thee can’t repress.

VERSE 2
Lord Olumba, only Thee, I know,
No other being can stand Thy toes,
My high tower, my salvation,
Thy voice alone gives me redemption.

VERSE 3
I will call upon Thee Lord of lords,
Thou art the King of kings I trust,
Thou cast my woes and my distress,
I cannot do than Thy name to praise.

VERSE 4
In all my days I will call on Thee,
Upon Thy hand I always lean,
Let Thy mercy upon me bring,
Divine protection and Thy blessings.

VERSE 5
He made the darkness His secret place,
His pervilion around the earth,
The Lord creates water and the sky,
Glory to Him for the air and light.

Amen
