Hymn 489

VERSE 1
Let not the hurdles of life weigh you down for Satan
‘Cos it is the one who is out to seize
The soul that declare that Olumba is the source
Of love and faith and the last hope of man.

Refrain
He urges you to rise from your slumber
You are the reason why your Father came.

VERSE 2
This is a stormy season let the children of God
Call on Him to come in His pow’r and might
And strengthen our faith while the storm is launching hard
Father hear us, the storm is launching hard.

VERSE 3
The light of our faith is dimmed, God revive our spirit
Hold us to Thyself make us strong in Thee
Let the immortal body be glorified in
Our earthly house that you could be with us.

Amen
