VERSE 1
Parents provoke not your children
Do not use your wrath on them
Show them your love, lead them aright
That they may not go astray
Refrain
Bring up the children in the nurture
And admonition of the Lord
VERSE 2
Parents train your children today
In the way that they should go
So that when they grow old in age
They will not depart from it
VERSE 3
Teach them My words, show them My way
So that with Me, they will dwell
In My kingdom, they have freedom
To grow healthy with wisdom.
Amen
