VERSE 1
See the shame, see the shame
That the Lord was made to bear
He endured all the pains
For the sake of man.

VERSE 2
See the shame, the torture
That the King was made to bear
In distress and in grief
He endured the pains.

VERSE 3
He was jeered, He was mocked
For the sake of human race
All these pains He endured
For the sake of man.

VERSE 4
On His face, they did spit
And His garment they did tear
He was humiliated
For the sake of man.
