Hymn 614

VERSE 1
See how He was crucified,
Christ, the Son of God Most High,
He was nailed unto the tree,
Forgive, we offended Thee.

VERSE 2
See how He was crucified;
Christ the son of God Most High
Through His side a sword was pierced
Forgive, we offended Thee.

VERSE 3
See how He was crucified;
He was given vinegar,
Yet He uttered not a word
O! what a wonderful love.

VERSE 4
See how He was crucified;
Son of God and Son of Man
Left His glorious Throne on high,
All for sinful man, to die.

VERSE 5
O Lord, by Thy awful death,
The blood from Thy riven side
Our sins have taken away,
What a love which holds us sway.

Amen
