VERSE 1
Behold before Pilate
There stood the Prince of peace
Pilate saw no fault in Him
The jews shouted in envy
VERSE 2
Pilates’ wife did caution
Do not kill this just man
He was ready to free Him
But the jews did not agree
VERSE 3
Our Lord died on the Cross
Our sins were washed away
Forgive them He cried to God
To show how to love and care
VERSE 4
Our Lord died for our sake
He redeemed us with blood
All our sins were washed away
Because He suffered for us
Amen
