Hymn 666

VERSE 1
Christ arose from the death;
O! death where is thy sting?
Grave, where is thy victo-ry?
Christ has conquered death.

Refrain
O! bless-ed happy morn,
When our glorious King,
Triumphantly rose from the death
For ever He lives.

VERSE 2
The angels in the tomb
Asked, "Why seeketh ye then
The living among the dead?"
Christ has conquered death.

VERSE 3
O! rejoice, Christ is Lord,
Ye children of the light;
Death is swallowed in vict’ry
Christ has conquered death.

Amen
