VERSE 1
I will sing of Him who died for me,
Who suffered on the cross of Calvary,
On the cross all my sins He did nail,
I am free, praise the Lord, O! My soul.

VERSE 2
Jesus our Lord, the King of glory,
Victoriously, from death, had He risen
And had won for us a perfect life
Sing unto Him a song of gladness.

VERSE 3
The power of death had done their worst,
Christ the Lord with greater power triumphed;
Let shouts of joy from all creation,
Now out-burst, hosanna to the Lord.
