VERSE 1
Christ has broken the tyrant’s chain
And He reigns over death and sin
Where is death and his victory?
O! Shout for joy all ye nations
For Christ fought and conquered death and grave.

VERSE 2
Christ has risen on the third day
And gain victory over death
Pains and sickness no more are there
All former things have passed away
The blood of Christ has washed them away.

VERSE 3
Shout and proclaim with a loud voice
For Christ is risen from the death
Shout hosanna, hallelujah
The prophesy of God fulfilled
That great morning full of praise and joy.

VERSE 4
Death, sorrow and all sicknesses
Lamentation and all our sins
Tribulation and all problems
His precious blood, liberates man
Joyful songs, let us render to Him
