Hymn 678

VERSE 1
The King of glory arose from the death
Sing praises unto His name
Victorious o’er death, He conquered the grave
Hallelujah rejoice.

VERSE 2
Now let us sing and rejoice together,
With thanksgiving in gladness,
Worthy is He of all honour and pow’r
Hallelujah rejoice.

VERSE 3
Fulfilled is the word of the Lord today;
He is risen from the death,
The third day He rose, ascended to heav’n
Hallelujah rejoice.

VERSE 4
Let every tribe praise and adore the Lord
Who from bondage us set free
Tribulation and death have passed away,
Hallelujah rejoice.

VERSE 5
The King of glory arose from the death,
Let Brotherhood now rejoice,
Shouting with loud noise to the universe
That the Lord is risen.

Amen
