Hymn 686

VERSE 1
The Lord is risen from the death,
Behold the grave where He was laid,
He is risen from the death,
And to heaven, He ascends.

VERSE 2
To the mountain in Galilee,
The place appointed by the Lord,
Eleven disciples went,
Saw the Lord and worshipped Him.

VERSE 3
All pow'r is given to the Lord,
Both in heaven and here on earth,
For He's risen from the death,
He is all-victorious King.

VERSE 4
Hallelujah! He is risen
The saints in heaven, Him, extol
The Lord has conquered the grave,
Let the earth, the anthem swell.

VERSE 5
O! come, let us sing to the Lord;
He is the everlasting God.
Never will He die again
All glory belong to Him.

Amen
