Hymn 701

VERSE 1
Angels are rejoicing at His birth;
The hosts do sing His praises on earth;
Let both unite their voices and sing,
Olumba, our king is born.

VERSE 2
Behold the birth place of our great King
A small city which is named Biakpan,
Low in esteem, but it is chosen;
There is great joy in our midst.

VERSE 3
Bring forth your presents before the Lord,
Recalling the deeds of the magi;
As in Bethlehem, it thus was done;
King of Kings on earth is born.

VERSE 4
He is worthy to receive glory
From all the creatures which He has made;
On earth here, nothing is greater than
Giving to the Father Thanks.

VERSE 5
Raise your voices with a wholesome mind,
And sing on the birthday of the Lord;
Heaven and earth praise the only Lord;
Born to rule with iron rod.

Amen
