VERSE 1
Behold, a child is born unto us,
In the town of Biakpan,
His name is called Olumba Obu.

Refrain
In Him, O! Rejoice! In Him, O! Rejoice!
Let us sing and dance, and be glad in Him,
The Saviour has come to stay.

VERSE 2
Of the world's tribes, Biakpan's not the least;
For Him to have been born
As Governor, to rule all the nations.

VERSE 3
None would have believed that God Himself
Could come from Africa,
The continent regarded as dark..

VERSE 4
Multitude will come from North and South
To see the Mighty King,
Worship Him and magnify His name.
