Hymn 720

VERSE 1
Lo! to us this day
Is born the King of heav'nly glory;
The Angels above
And on the earth, men too are happy.

Refrain
Let us rejoice, for our King
OlumbaObu
Today is born in the town of Biakpan.

VERSE 2
Give a shout of joy
Hosanna in the highest heaven
Let Brotherhood sing
His birth we delightfully acclaim.

VERSE 3
He's the guiding star
From the eastern sky, shining brightly;
Men, from sin redeemed
Enter into eternal freedom.

VERSE 4
Glory, wisdom, pow'r,
Dominion, majesty be to Him,
To men of goodwill
Shall be peace and abundant blessing.

VERSE 5
He has brought the truth
Everlasting peace, joy and blessing,
To men here on earth,
Thanks be to the Eternal Father.

Amen
