Hymn 741

VERSE 1
The awesome name of God OlumbaObu
Is known in all the universe
He rules over the rich and the poor
He begot us all to be with Him
Though we don't deserve to attempt to pass the Kingdom door,

VERSE 2
When I called on this name I feel soul-bright
Because He created me in pow’r
I live in the region of the light
Forever the new name of our God
Never let me down, He is there to lead me to the light.

VERSE 3
In the waters, hades and in forest
He lives as the silent hearer
He fight all our battles for our best
To leave in a safe and stormy world
Just be the bearer of the in-scripted name for the best.

Amen
