Hymn 757

VERSE 1
Remember the words of God
For with the same measure that ye use
To measure to all others
Same will be measured unto you.

VERSE 2
Bear in mind this golden rule;
First cast out the beam from thy own eyes
And be able then to cast
The speck out of thy brother’s eyes.

VERSE 3
Always treat others as thou
Lovest them to treat thee in their turn
Acting thus will thou avoid
The anger of God on thyself.

Amen
