VERSE 1
We thank Thee Thou wonderful Lord,
For the words which Thou has given,
Grant that in us these words may dwell,
Changing us from our evil ways.

VERSE 2
We thank Thee, Thou merciful Lord,
For healing through Thy sermon giv’n,
Thy word is health, Thy word is life,
Make us practise these words of life.

VERSE 3
We thank Thee, Thou most gracious Lord,
For the grace on us through Thy words,
Man shall not live by bread alone,
But by the words which come from Thee.

VERSE 4
We thank Thee, Thou omniscient Lord,
For Thy wisdom so freely giv’n.
We thank Thee omnipotent Lord,
We thank Thee omnipresent Lord.
