VERSE 1
The Holy word of life is soul’s food to us,
May it by Thy Spirit be Imbedded in our minds.

VERSE 2
We were spiritually weak and much hungered,
But now Thou Lord feedest us, with Thy spiritual food.

VERSE 3
Our spirits yearn for Thee and our hearts panted;
May Thou purify and dwell in our body and soul.

VERSE 4
Thy word, Lord, has redeemed us, from evil ways,
From bondage of Satan and Its painful claws of death.

VERSE 5
Thy word is pow’r unto our ailing spirit;
It is the source of purer life unto all Thy flock.
