Hymn 789

VERSE 1
Thy words are healing balm
When in distress and in pains
Thy words like fire burn them all
The word of God, my hope in life.

VERSE 2
Thy word remoulds our faith
When in doubt, condemned in thoughts
Thy word like dew, faith restores
The word of God, transform mankind.

VERSE 3
Thy word given to us
Words of truth and words of hope
The sure foundation for man
The word of God, the word that moulds.

Amen
