Hymn 832

VERSE 1
Lo! the King of glory, King of peace;
To rule the world, has come down on earth,
With His elects, He now comes down,
Chosen ere creation.

VERSE 2
With host of heaven, He comes to us,
Gifts from the stores of heaven, He brings
To ev’ry one to share it thus
According to one’s deeds.

VERSE 3
The Lord has come to judge the nations,
The quick, the dead His trial shall stand,
Yea! His judgement is fair and free,
None, He respects or fears.

VERSE 4
Jehovah is upright in judgement,
In righteousness, He judges the world,
Both great and small, He treats alike,
Critics find naught to say.

Amen
