Hymn 838

VERSE 1
O! great, merciful and gracious Lord
Before Thy Face of love, do we bow
And pray for these, before Thee, now
Closely knit in holy cord.

VERSE 2
Make them in oneness, stay in your love
Sincerity to each other show
And remind them their holy vow
In temptation, their way pave.

VERSE 3
In life’s stormy moment, make them care
One another’s misread, make them bear
Make them forge ahead without fear
But always in union, share.

Amen
